We were very happy with the carpet cleaning that Elmo did for us. He is prompt, courteous, friendly and very thorough. We gave his name and number to our neighbors and will definitely call him back when we need our carpets cleaned again!

You will be impressed with how they approach a project, take the time to provide work scope based on what it requires to do the work, just to ensure they set the right expectations. Highly recommend Mr. Steamers. I came across them while driving in the neighborhood. I saw their van, and coincidentally was looking for a carpet cleaning service (we've use other local one's). We were expecting our second baby and wanted to clean the carpets (we have another little one and a dog). The results were amazing.

From the beginning the customer service was clear, friendly and accommodating.

At the end of the service, I was walked through the house. It was a nice way to end the appointment. They did a great job of protecting the walls with corner wall guards, and taking their time with each application.

We will definitely be using them again next year.

Elmo and his wonderful team were amazing! Coming from the property management industry, I’ve seen hundreds of carpets cleaned. The biggest thing that always stood out to me was how the carpet next to the baseboards never seemed to come clean. Not with this team! My carpet is as clean next to the baseboards as everywhere else! It’s amazing! Best cleaning team I’ve had. They’ll be heading this way to do my tile and grout next! This time I’ll take before and after pictures. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Angelo was my tech that showed up and he was on time and did a fantastic job. Really paid attention to detail by placing protection on the corners of walls and stairs so his hoses wouldn’t scratch my paint. Prices were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and use their services again.

Very Satisfied with the service I got from Mr Steamers for carpet cleaning. They went above an beyond to ensure that I had everything ready before my move in. My new home heating didnt function as expected over the day they had cleaned the carpet and I had the movers coming in the next day. A quick call to them and they came back ad setup heaters in all the wet places and protective rugs to make sure the movers dont soil the cleaned carpet. I've had my carpets cleaned a few times since I've lived in Pleasanton, but Mr. Steamers is hands down the best! Elmo and Moses came out and cleaned six rooms in my house and were here most of the day! These guys treat your house like it's their house! How could you possibly ask for more than that? Highly recommended!!

I was VERY pleased with the excellent service we received from Mr. Steamers. We were scheduled for next day cleaning. The 2 technicians arrived a couple of minutes early. They did a thorough inspection 1st to confirm the work order and were able to complete everything in a 2 hour window as quoted including the pet soiled areas. The carpets looked and smelled brand new. I'm sooo glad that my friend referred us to Mr. Steamers!

I picked this company based on good online reviews.The company guys arrived at the promised time and spent around 4 hours doing the job. They were very knowledgeable and meticulous about every little detail and corner. The carpets were much better after the job...very bright. The pet smells left behind by prior occupants were dramatically reduced, but not eliminated. We expected this based on online research, so were realistic in our expectations and also had some lessons learned. They came with industrial grade fans which helped accelerate the drying. The carpets were near dry within 8 hours. I would definitely recommend this company!

Excellent provider! It was very easy to book the service and I received a reminder also. Elmo arrived on time and he did an excellent job cleaning my stairs carpet. I'm very happy with his work. I highly recommend him!

Elmo was very professional and hard working. He is also very reasonably priced with great quality work. He was able to get all the stains out of our high traffic carpet. It looks and feels like we have brand new carpet. I highly recommend him for carpet cleaning!

Elmo was able to schedule to come to clean our carpets in the short time frame we had before putting our house on the market. He came as promised, did an amazing job with a very dirty light-colored carpet and also pointed out the couple of stains he was unable to remove. I really appreciated his very hard work, promptness, openness and the great job he did with a very difficult cleaning job. I called Mr. Steamers last week for an emergency carpet cleaning. Elmo, the owner, was very accommodating with when and time frame I had. He came today and took care of the carpets and as always, he did and his associate did an exceptional job. Elmo is a hard working owner, very meticulous with how he and his team clean, conscientious and offers fair pricing on the job they do. This is the second time I have used his company and will always call on him. His service is great!!!!

Originally, I had Mr. Steamers clean my office carpets a few weeks ago and immediately scheduled my home carpets to be cleaned this past Monday. The young men were professional and thorough, overall I am pleased with the quality of work. Carpets look and feel fresh. I will definitely be using their services in the future and will recommend them moving forward.

Whenever I hire a business I always like to check their reviews. Mr. Steamers had great reviews. Elmo and his co-worker showed up on time and did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and cleaned one of the areas of my carpeting that had many stains. He thoroughly cleaned and removed the stains. He also showed me that under my reclining sofa there were metal shavings, due to age, from a sofa soon to be replaced. The sofa is heavy and difficult to move, so he placed sliders underneath so the sofa can be slid forward easily in the future. We were very appreciative of that. He also did a great job of cleaning one of our recliners. Once the job was completed, he gave us disposable slippers to walk on the carpet until it dried thoroughly. I feel that Elmo and his co-worker went above and beyond the coupon mailer company we have used in the past, and did a much better job. Elmo’s number is saved in my phone for our future carpet cleanings.

I have had my carpets cleaned twice by Mr. Steamers and each time they do a fantastic job. Angelo and his coworker spent 2-1/2 hours here on our single-story home. He got rid of the stains and was very careful with our furniture. Last year we went with Mr. Steamers and we had them return after two weeks because some of the stains returned. They came back & removed the stains & the stains never resurfaced. They are great to deal with and do a fantastic job. I would highly recommend their service and we will continue to go with Mr. Steamers for all of our future carpet cleaning.
