Joe and his team are friendly, honest, always on time and hold their work to a high standard (even more so than us as home owners sometimes!). It’s always a great pleasure working with them.

We had Joe take care of a few random electrical jobs at our home and couldn't be happier. He installed provisions for a ceiling fan in one bedroom, installed an outside outlet on the back of our house, and troubleshot and repaired an issue we were having with an OTR microwave. He was very communicative, honest, punctual, and the quality of work was great. His prices were also VERY reasonable. We plan to have him back again to do more work soon. Thanks, Joe!

After the power went out in half of the house, you concluded we had too many appliances plugged in to 1 circuit! Thank you for replacing old outlets, solving our "1 circuit" power problem, and turning our window ac units back on. We would have melted without you. Amazing experience, my panel was cleaned up and Joe made room for the extra circuits from my home addition. I also got my mini split hooked up to the panel. Joe is an expert and stands by his work. I have found my electrician for any work that needs to be done in the future.

Craftsman Electric and it's owner Joe are honest and do amazing work. They installed some light fixtures for us and added some new lighting to our back room. Joe is the kind of guy you can trust in your home and do the work right ! In addition to being personable, he worked quickly to install two ceiling fans in my kids rooms. One of the switch boxes required some retrofitting and he seamlessly took care of it. He also guarantees his work. He was done right in time for my kids to take a nap under their new fans. Drew came out just a few hours after I called the owner, Joe, about a hot plug. A house fire is one of my biggest fears. He was very knowledgeable and taught me about the old and new plugs. He fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend Craftsman Electric!

Great experience with Craftman Electric. My family had no power in our bathrooms, garage or outside. Flipping breaker switches and pressing the gfci's no longer worked and I thought that this would be a big job. When Joe from Craftman Electric found that my older home had faulty and dated gfci outlets and outlets which were loose and damaged, what a relief. He and his son worked together to replace the wiring and outlet boxes. They were efficient and professional, courteous, detailed and thorough. I believe they did in my home what they would have done in their own. The rates were reasonable and disclosed before the job. I feel blessed to have made their acquaintance and will be calling them for any future electrical needs.

We highly recommend joe Sauriol & his company Craftsman Electric for your electric needs. He and his team, Drew & Carson, were prompt & professional. We appreciated their friendly attitude and work ethic. They installed a new electric line from our house to our pool pump, which required them to go through the garage & attic, down the outside of the house, under concrete & through dirt . They broke up the concrete, dug a ditch , removed the old control & installed a new one. They cleaned up & removed the broken concrete & even large rocks In addition, they completely redid our 50 year old breaker panel. They installed new breakers & re labeled the panel. We really appreciate Joe’s professionalism & friendly attitude & will certainly call on them again for future electric needs.

Joe and his guys were incredible. They tackled a "honey do" list I had mounting for months along with trouble shooting and resolving a couple of areas in need. Extremely polite and professional while being respectful to myself and my property. Cleaned up right after they completed one task before heading onto another. Craftsman Electric assisted with a garage remodel at our single-family house by installing two outlets, led lighting, as well as two cooling fans and all associated wiring. They arrived promptly as scheduled and well prepared for the work. Joe and his team were very professional, thorough, competent and punctual. They saved us money in accomplishing our goal by not recommending unnecessary services. We had them completely rewire the main circuit breaker panel, removing excess wire, and reinstalling all the circuits in a neat and tidy manner, and traced and labeled all circuit breakers. They also installed a 30 amp circuit for our dryer. We would not hesitate to have them do any of our future electrical work, and highly recommend them.

Matt, Drew, and Tim spent most of the day installing new fans and lights. All were courteous and professional. They worked efficiently and did a great job from prep to clean up. We are very happy with the results.

I can't recommend Joe and his team at Craftsmen enough. I had a mystery noise that appeared to be electrical. I reached out to Joe on two separate occasions and he helped me troubleshoot the problem in order to eliminate possible causes. He was kind, patient, courteous, and very knowledgeable. In the end, because of his help, we avoided a huge hole being cut into my drywall, saving me a lot of work and money.

Many electricians won't even return a call these days, so i really appreciate the professionalism from Craftsmen. His office was also very easy to deal with and very prompt with responses and follow-up. Thank you, Joe!
