We contacted Rob thinking that we need to spend thousands on a new AC unit. He came out on the same day. Instead of simply giving us a price on a new unit, Rob took his time to check out our old unit and found the problem that the previous service guy from another company didn't bother to find. He made the fixes immediately and we have AC again!

Left a message on their site and Robert got right back to me. He came out same day and instead of over selling AC services and equipment he had a quick and low cost solution. We were back up and running with frosty AC within 30 min. Robert is the owner and the real deal. He's also a nice guy with a family right in Poway. Highly recommend.

Horrible customer service don’t ever use them. Ryan does not care about his customers at all. They installed a mini split system in our house and the AC started leaking almost immediately. I called to let him know and he said it was a faulty pump and that the replacement was covered under this and AC pro warranty. He told us he was going to get the part in a couple days and come back to fix it. HE NEVER showed up. Started blocking our calls (I had my friends call and he would answer their calls right away) but we could never get a hold of him. Anyway, paid 120.00 for another company to come to a diagnostic. They told me the pump is actually not faulty… it was that Ryan had INSTALLED THE WRONG SIZE. So that explains why he never showed up because a new pump cost 1400.00!!! So after paying over 10k for a new mini split system- that was installed wrong, we have to pay another 1400.00 to fix Ryan and his companies mistake.

wow.... They came and told me I need a new AC and they waive the charges. Honest people!

We lost our AC when it was 115 degrees and we decided we needed a new HVAC system. I called several business and they were the ONLY ones to come within 24 hours and then provide an immediate estimate that was honest and competitive. Additionally they put in our new system 2 days later! No BS, I highly recommend this company and will be using them again for any and all of my HVAC needs!

Perfect heating and air installed my heat and air a few years ago and I have them check it every year. This is a great family owned business. I highly recommend them. Today they came out because I thought something was wrong with my thermostat just to find out it is smarter than me. Nothing was wrong but they explained it all to me and checked all my equipment. They are just so patient and knowledgeable.

Last summer my air conditioner went out during one of the hottest days of the year. I texted Audra and she immediately responded, even though it was on a Sunday and their office was closed. She asked what was going on and I explained to her what was happening to my air conditioner. It would turn on then turn off automatically. She told me they would be here in 20 minutes.

When they arrived, they looked at the power supply, thermostat, and drainage system. They had very nice equipment and within 20 minutes they figured that the drainage system was clogged and triggered the safety switch to shut off the air conditioner. While here they also checked the compressor and freon levels, which were all fine.

Ollie and Kristian were kind and professional. They explained every detail and what they were looking for. They were courteous and asked if they could enter my home and educated me on how to care for, and maintain my heating and cooling system. They checked the freon level and recommended another assessment before next summer. They were in and out in about an hour.

I highly recommend their business and I'm glad there is a trustworthy-company like theirs here in Poway. It is family owned and I am happy to have them available to take care of my home and family.

This company offered the best price, longest product warranty and best service of any HVAC i have used. They are truly family owned and operated, Chris and his son Siegmund, which correlates to better and more caring service. While they were here we were ordered to evacuate because of a near by wildfire. Siegmund immediately unloaded their truck and offered it along with his help to load anything we wanted to take with us. Just a great company with wonderful people.

My AC stopped blowing cold air over the weekend, so I contacted Perfect Heating and Air. Luckily, they had a cancellation on Monday and were able to come out to check the issue right away. They quickly identified the problem with the capacitor and replaced it within a couple of hours. Their prices were very reasonable, and Audra kept me updated with excellent communication throughout the process. I was very happy with their service and would highly recommend them!

Chris just left after diagnosing and fixing a clogged drain pipe that led to a leak from the bottom of the air handler. I asked while he was here and he also checked our coils and said everything was clean, no need for service.

He was skilled, fast, professional, friendly and, most importantly, honest. Highly recommend this family business. Will use again for any of my HVAC needs.

I had a fuse that blew when installing a new Google Nest thermostat after Google discontinued the thermostat generation I had. I booked a Google Nest thermostat specialist who could not help at all which was a total waste of time and money. I’m so happy I was referred to Perfect Heating & Air by my brother in law. I have never had a faster response from a company before and they had Oliver out the vet next morning. He was amazing to work with and walked me through the issue and showed me what went wrong. It was such a quick and painless appointment. I will be using Perfect Heating & Air for all my future needs and will recommend them to any friend or family member. They were incredible!
