Would not recommend very rude and unprofessional. Regretted every minute and dollar spent with this company. I relived my horrible experience writing this review so you don’t have to.

Whoever drives vehicle 67211M3 can’t drive, almost hit me while driving

BCM was very professional and wonderful to deal with for our challenging project- we own a unit in a high rise and our low voltage wiring running from our unit to our AC/Heat unit on the roof broke. This project spanned over several units making it a commercial project in nature versus residential. This project was not covered by our HOA and as homeowners we were responsible for coordinating the fix.

BCM was the only company that was willing to take on the challenge. I highly recommend BCM as they got the job done, very clear with billing and time and took care of our needs. Scott, Joseph, Jake and Andrew helped us get our heat and ac back up and running.

I purchased an HVAC replacement chassis for my unit in a downtown high rise condominium. Their proposal was better than other firms with the lowest bid and highest quality product. The technicians were polite, highly skilled and efficient. The employees in the home office were friendly and easy to deal with from sales to project management to accounting. They did not charge more than their quote. I highly recommend Brian Cox Mechanical to anyone looking for quality and trust in HVAC repair and replacement in their high rise condo.

I have been using Heat Busters for a while now and at this point would not use anyone else, and I have gone through a few. Aaron and Victor are kind, professional, honest, prompt and reliable. They just have good business ethics, which is rare to find these days. They always give you options and really listen to your needs. I just had them replace my Water Heater for a tankless and, what can I say, but job well done again!

Victor from Heat Busters was a pleasure to work with! Friendly, Professional, and excellent communication. He came up with a much more affordable, less invasive option that we hadn’t thought of. Did not try to upsell at all, and was always available for questions and follow up.

I recommend Heat Busters

I recently selected Heat Busters (San Diego) over two other vendors to replace our furnace and AC units. They were very competitive on pricing. Victor provided me with several options (cost and quality of units) to choose from and promptly and professionally answered my many questions. I had one little concern when it was done and he promptly addressed it. He was extremely professional from the start and reliable from beginning to the end. He also made sure I got the federal and state credits that were available to me. I did get one quote from a larger company and to make a long story short I am very glad I did not go with them as they tried to "sell" me from the start and not take care of my real needs.

Victor is an honest hard working man. He diagnosed the trouble with my AC and made recommendations. The installation was done in one day at a very fair price. He explained everything I needed to know about the project. He followed up with a phone call & text to see how it was going. I definitely recommend Heat Busters.

Very happy with the services! My A/c broke down in the hottest day of the heat wave, horrible. Heat Busters were able to schedule my appointment at their earliest. Victor is very knowledgeable and professional, and just a great person. He replaced my old a/c capacitor and both fuses, got a new thermostat installed,all for a very reasonable price. Then he checked everything to make sure all works as expected. They give a 5 year warranty. I am so glad I found this company, will recommend to my friends and neighbors.

Heat Busters is a new small business so you won't see a lot of reviews. We chose them to fix 2 A/Cs which weren't operating properly. Victor took care of both of them at a very competitive price, and even took care to give a discount for a 1/2 lb of refrigerant pressure given his app gave pricing for full lbs. I am telling you after negative experiences with the big firms which overcharge to accommodate their high overhead and will not give you any hint of pricing until you pay a fee to have them come out, this is the vendor you can actually trust. Heat busters goes out of their way to save customers money without sacrificing quality! They did great work installing a furnace to keep me warm when time was of the essence due to my physical impairments. How they recommend!

If you have HVAC issues, Heat Busters should be your first call. Service is excellent, Victor was incredibly thorough and incredibly dedicated to getting our HVAC issues resolved.

Everything was well explained, all choices and options articulated clearly. If there are any issues in the future, I would not hesitate to make the call.
