My experience with this company has been exceptional! The owner Terry is kind, thoughtful and goes above and beyond for his customers. You really do feel like part of the family when working with him! His workers are professional and easy to communicate with. The pricing is very fair and we found to be the best when comparing to other companies. I highly recommend using this company for all your cooling and heating needs without hesitation.

I’m a realtor and I needed a company to remove the AC unit out of the patio to do some patio work and reinstall afterwords asap in such short notice. Terry, the owner, was very kind and helpful. He made the process very easy and booked the appointment the next morning. I couldn’t be more happy with how professional he was and understanding of the urgent situation. Thank you so much again Terry for everything and I would 100% recommend this company for any HVAC work! Especially if you need someone in a short time!

It was a pleasure working with Airight Cooling. They gave me an honest quote for the work I needed done. I had a new AC put in as I have an older home that was never equipped with AC. They also worked with me while I was out of town, and proceeded to order the needed equipment and proceed with a virtual OK. They came in and got the system installed in a day and a half. What a pleasure it was coming home to a cool home on a hot day!

This company is outstanding. We have used them many times in the past and they are amazing. The customer representatives and technicians are beyond exceptional and always go the extra mile. Today Betty and Angel rerouted Sean who then made us a priority since we had no heat and a baby in the house. Sean did an amazing job. So professional and knowledgeable and gave us a lot of advice even beyond the heating problem which he took care of. Terry the owner charges very fair prices. Highly recommend Sean and everyone in the company. Thanks Sean, baby will sleep warm tonight!!

Joe did a great job of explaining the procedure he was going through in descaling our tankless water heater. He also checked the system and pointed out a that the recirculating pump may need to be replaced at some point.
He also suggested a home filtration system could be beneficial, however wasn’t trying to sell me, simply providing information.

Adrian and Gustavo installed a water heater. They were communicative on when they would arrive. They were knowledgable, respectful, and patient when responding to my questions about service, product, and cost. The work appeared to be well planned, timely, and skilled. Terry was responsive and called on a Sunday evening for a Monday am appointment and appointment staff along with Adrian followed up Monday morning. I would definitely recommend and use Allright again. Thanks team!

I needed the service right away and they were able to get to my house within an hour. They resolved the issue promptly and professionally.

In order to replace two appliances in my garage, I needed to install new water supply valves for the washing machine and a gas valve for the dryer. Terry received my urgent call on Saturday, and had two plumbers at my house on Monday morning. They did an excellent job with the necessary replacements, and went above and beyond the call of duty helping me get the appliances ready for use. A small problem with the gas furnace pilot light was rectified almost immediately when I called a couple of days later. Super good service, highly recommended.

Our air-conditioner wasn’t blowing out cold air, as we discovered during the recent short heatwave. Worried about summer coming around the corner, I noticed we had used Airight Cooling in June 2023, and thought I’d give them a call. I am amazed at their performance! Not only did they show up almost immediately (I believe a technician was close-by, in Ramona) but when Ryan checked the a/c, he noticed the circuit breaker for the compressor was tripped. He spoke frankly - it was an easy fix, and he didn’t charge me a dime for the service. My jaw dropped! By golly, what a rarity - in this day and age, not to be swindled or scammed! Ryan explained they have a reasonable maintenance deal, and my husband and I are looking into it. Also, they are a local Poway business. What more could one ask for?

Technician Ryan was knowledgeable and courteous and setting up appointment was fast and easy. The problem I had was a cooling battery replacement cost of $417.00. That price seemed very high so I looked it up online. The cost of the battery was 13-17.00 so that is quite the markup. If you’re going to charge that kind of markup please don’t blame gas, insurance, etc. which was the company’s explanation. That’s fine if your mantra is caveat emptor!

Update: after the $79.00 tuneup our ac unit stopped working. It worked fine before the tune-up but the company said they wouldn’t send anyone out as their report listed a number of repairs. Beware of using this company that charges $400.00 for a battery installation on a 17.00 battery.

The initial sale on this unit was a little bumpy because we were going back-and-forth as to whether I should replace or repair the unit. Once I decided to replace Ryan was very knowledgeable about getting me into the right unit. I already knew pretty much what I wanted, but he Nailed it down for me.
Both Ryan and Chris were very professional towards me as a customer and towards their job. As someone who has worked in the trades for over 50 years, I appreciated their attention to detail.
Overall, a very good job. PS Tell the owner of this company to get some refrigerator magnets, (cheap stuff) and he’ll get a whole lot more business. Just IMHO

We had a great experience today with Airight for a routine HVAC tune-up. The technician who came out was fantastic—extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Enoch took the time to explain everything clearly and gave us several helpful tips to make our system more efficient and save on our energy bills. It’s rare to find someone who is not only skilled at their job but also genuinely cares about helping customers. We really appreciated his thoroughness and friendly attitude. Highly recommend both Enoch Klingbeil and the company!

Our condenser was not starting/working, we called AirRight to come assess the problem. They fit my request right in and Enoch the technician (in my opinion an expert) was here within hours. He replaced a part that was inoperative, checked the refrigerant levels - noted they were low and ran other diagnostics. He was able to get it to work and gave us other options to fix the issues that might arise in the long term. Thank you very much Enoch for not just trying to get us to replace the whole condenser and evaporator, spending $$$$$ but actually taking the time to run diagnostics and do a root cause analysis. Thank you Enoch and big huge shout out to Mer for organizing it all for us.

Outstanding experience! I am filled with gratitude for AiRight Cooling, Heating & Plumbing and Ryan, Enoch, and Chris. Through each interaction it was evident that the team was dedicated. My 40 year old system no longer worked. They assessed, advocated on my behalf with my warranty company and the result was the installation of a full new system and thermostat. They took the time to describe what was happening through the entire process and provided the education I needed to successfully maintain the new unit. 20+ stars! Thank you again.

I had an appointment to get a proposal and the technical called and said he was outside so I went outside my front gate and nobody was there so I called the # he called me from, which was not a direct line so I called the company directly and they began texting me asking me to confirm the color of my house and address. Meanwhile, a few minutes passed by. I am finally told he's outside in the back alley so I go out there and nobody is there and then I'm told he had to leave. He waited all of 5 minutes for me and should have called me back immediately after not seeing me but he didn't. Instead I had to use a go between to ascertain his whereabouts and apparently 5 minutes is too long to wait. I set a 3 or 4 our window time out of day for this appointment and all they spare is 5 minutes before leaving. Using a go between to find the technical was lame and ultimately the technical and I would have connected had he called me. I'm glad I found out how much they value their clients because when I called them out on how they wasted my time, they proceeded to gas light me. I am the one who initiated the phone call not the technician. I am the one who wasted valuable time in my day. They couldn't be bothered to do the proposal because of a 5 to max 10 delay so he could find my house and me. I'd think twice before doing business with this company.

Faucet replacement by Airight was fantastic. They replaced my shut off valves under the sink them replaced my faucet. Tech was very professional and easy to talk to. Great job.

My problem was found and fixed after applying a lot of ingenuity. The ownelr and tech were very friendly. I will do more business with them. I have heat and hot water again.

Update: I ended up getting a new heat pump system that was all electric, replacing my gas water heater/old gas furnace and old AC. From my perspective, the work went smoothly and the space was kept clean. I would recommend using AiRight to anyone that has an HVAC/Plumbing need of any size.
