Excellent service, top knowledge for on grid, off grid or both interconnected with or without battery bank as a remedial for blackout. They have solar expertise with patented systems for solar trackers max efficiency and many more solutions for home, farm and comercial.

Very dishonest regarding the cost to do a simple swap of solar inverter. Gave a reasonable quote over the phone and then added in a couple hundred dollars for phone calls, mailing the box, and filling out a form. Very disappointed.

I’m a snowbirder from Washington State. I left home on 5 January 2020 and started having problems with the charging system in my fairly new rv. By the time I got to Long Beach, Ca I was tired of troubleshooting the problem. A rv repairman told be the inverter was bad and needed fixing or replacing. He recommended Mark Synder Electric who was about 100 miles south of me. I called him up and he told me have it there by 10 and he handle it. When I got there Juan took the inverter out and His daughter Holly had it on the bench within no time to verified the inverter was bad. A new one was ordered expeditiously and installed in a timely manner and all back to normal. These people are refreshingly professional and explained and talked to me and showed me the problem and cause and just a pleasure to do business with. Thank you Mark, Holly and Juan for an outstanding job well done!

At first, I though I'd found my 'forever go to' electrical service. I spoke to David and he was very knowledgable, providing an evaluation of what needed to be accomplished through texted photos and phone conversations. Then, it took weeks to get a cost quote. Once the quote came it took several more weeks to get a scheduled appointment. Then on the appointment date, they never showed up. I waited, and waited, then called them and they didn't even have me on their schedule (and they are the ones that gave me the appointment day and time). I could go on, however no need. It doesn't matter how much experience and knowledge a business can provide, if they have no customer service acumen and they don't follow through.....

I was having charging issues with my inverter in my motor home and convinced a new inverter was needed. I was given Mark's number by Ashley at Murrieta RV Repair in Temecula. I contacted Mark and explaned the symptoms. Without requiring payment for advice, Mark advised me of what was needed and on the phone, walked me through the reprogramming process of the charging system. Mark patiently repeated each step as needed.
With his expertise and friendly demeanor, Mark saved me about $1000 and a lot of stress and I didn't need a new inverter.
I would recommend Snyder Electric to anyone. Mark is top notch in my book.

I just had my electrical panel replaced in my condo. Start to finish they were extremely professional. They provided a reasonable and detailed quote, they completed the work on time and did everything they promised. The final bill came under the quoted amount. I have no complaints, if I ever need electrical work again I will definitely call them first.

At about midnight on Christmas Eve our property management firm was looking for an after-hours electrician after exhausting our current list of vendors. Mark Snyder promptly replied, set an appointment for Christmas morning, arrived on time, was professional and courteous to our tenant, provided photos of the repair, and followed up with a detailed invoice at a very reasonable cost. For a property manager, it doesn't get much better than that!

My experience with them was horrible. Many times they said they would call me back or that they would provide me information and they didn't. Their worst crime however was charging me $110/hour (electrician's rate) to wait on hold with Solar Edge for 2 hours and 45 minutes to see if the equipment that failed was under warranty or not!!! Of course I didn't know I was paying for an electrician to be playing on his phone or working on other customer's projects while on hold with Solar Edge until I received the bill from Mark Snyder Electric. In fact, when I spoke with Mark he told me they were NOT waiting on hold but waiting for Solar Edge to call them back. So why am I paying for THAT?!?!? This place is a total rip off and do not fall for them the way I did.

Watch out! I was overcharged on labor hours and have life security camera footage of the actual amount of time they were here working but they charged me for 3 additional hours. Not an honest company. Beware!

** I have streaming video proof of drivers driving up into driveway and on street, as well as continuous video of ladders, as well as continuous view of them driving away. The day two men were here (one man was here for 15 min)- only one man did the job - he just swapped out solar optimizers.

Mr. Snyder wants me to trust them because they are " Christians". I don't think an active Christian would curse me out over the phone Mr. Snyder - or lie - or cheat - or steal. Where can I send proof without you cursing at me or putting me down?

I have used Mark Snyder Electric several times over the years. On my most recent visit, I dropped off an Outback inverter for repair and never heard back from them. After leaving several messages that were not returned, I finally got hold of Holly. She told me that they could not reach Outback to get the parts needed. A month had already gone by. I went in and picked up the inverter, which they had a hard time finding and was left disassembled and missing parts. I contacted Outback and they had a part shipped to me within 2 weeks. As a long time repeat customer, I was repeatedly ignored and lied to. Their utter disorganization, lies and blatant disrespect for my customers property was inexcusably unprofessional.
