Reviews of local pros in Poway, California

Excellent experience with Craftsman Electric LLC updating our entire home’s electrical system and upgrading the electric panel. After a long search for a reasonable and reliable electrician, I’m glad I chose them. Joe and his team are extremely professional, reliable, efficient, and punctual. This is a very ethical company with extra fair pricing considering all the work and high-quality results and materials. They always left everything spotless. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Craftsman Electric for any electrical work. Joe, the owner, provided a clear, detailed plan for installing an EV charger in our garage and took the time to consider our future electrical needs as well. He was professional throughout, communicated promptly and clearly, and his team began the project on time and even finished ahead of schedule.

They also went above and beyond by labeling additional circuits that weren’t part of the original scope of work. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the quality of their service and would confidently recommend them to anyone in need of reliable electrical work.

Craftsman is the best!

Craftsman Electric has done several jobs in our home and always has been honest & clean. No issues afterwards! Gets the job done!

Joe called back soon after I left a message. He offered to come that same day after work. He inspected the job and offered to do the work right then. He was professional, skilled, and efficient. I highly recommend him and already shared his contact information with a friend.

They did an amazing job setting up my jacuzzi. Very professional, friendly, organized, punctual, detail oriented, all around fantastic! I’d recommend to ALL my family & friends. I used them a couple years ago, to install my my downstairs lighting, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Hands down 5 star service.

Craftsman Electric is excellent all around. Responsiveness, service quality, customer care, fair prices. It is great to find an electrician you can trust to do the job right.

Joe and his team are friendly, honest, always on time and hold their work to a high standard (even more so than us as home owners sometimes!). It’s always a great pleasure working with them.

We had Joe take care of a few random electrical jobs at our home and couldn't be happier. He installed provisions for a ceiling fan in one bedroom, installed an outside outlet on the back of our house, and troubleshot and repaired an issue we were having with an OTR microwave. He was very communicative, honest, punctual, and the quality of work was great. His prices were also VERY reasonable. We plan to have him back again to do more work soon. Thanks, Joe!

Thank you, Joe, for showing up so quickly! You saved us in the middle of the hot summer. After the power went out in half of the house, you concluded we had too many appliances plugged in to 1 circuit! Thank you for replacing old outlets, solving our "1 circuit" power problem, and turning our window ac units back on. We would have melted without you. Your professionalism and compassion are God sent!

Amazing experience, my panel was cleaned up and Joe made room for the extra circuits from my home addition. I also got my mini split hooked up to the panel. Joe is an expert and stands by his work. I have found my electrician for any work that needs to be done in the future.

Craftsman Electric and it's owner Joe are honest and do amazing work. They installed some light fixtures for us and added some new lighting to our back room. The work was done with excellence and the pricing was clear. I recommend this company highly. If you have electrical work that you need done this is the company to go with.

I would give more than 5 stars if possible. Joe and his crew came to my rescue this morning, quickly, efficient, experienced & knowledgable, they are my heroes. Very reasonably priced, good people! It’s nice to support local businesses especially as great, kind and caring as they are. Impressive team, thanks again!
