I've been a customer for almost 8 years and am very happy with the service and value. The regular pool chemical treatment and cleaning keep it looking great. When I've had problems with the equipment, they respond quickly and get it fixed too.

Ryan and his crew are great. They keep our pool clean and running smoothly. They communicate well with respect to special treatments and vacations. Ryan answers my basic questions with patience.

We have been using Simpson Pool Services for years and they have always been professional and provided great pool service. I highly recommend them to anyone. We are a property management company that has many pools serviced by Simpson and the tenants and owners have always been happy with them.

They were able to help me locate what was broken on my pool (temperature sensor), let me know that it is an easy repair, and provided me the instructions to do so. In doing so they saved me a ton of money and where super fast, friendly, and considerate. I will be using them from now on for all my pool maintenance needs.

Great at selling you on their products and services but completely failed to deliver. Turned our pool service over to them and within weeks we had an algae bloom- something we never had before. A very disappointing experience.

I recently moved to a rental home with a pool. Never having a pool before I was new to how it all worked. While the home owner included a maintenance person, I had some concerns. I went to Simpson's down the street and Ryan was amazing. Showing no interest in taking business away from another person, he asked me send him pictures to diagnose what I described, test my pool water for free, and provide recommendations for me and my landlord's maintenance guy to clear up the problems. His recommendations cleared up my issues so my family could enjoy our hot 4th of July weekend in the pool! Highly recommend this place for all your pool needs!

UDPDATE: We had Ryan upgrade our pool equipment. We’re running with more efficiency & a less cluttered space. He was very knowledgeable, communicated well and followed through every step of the way. He is still very responsive to calls/texts/emails. Definitely recommend!

These guys are the best! Replaced a control board for us. Very responsive, friendly, patient explaining how things work, and took care of us troubleshooting a problem too! It's so nice to partner with a local, family business and get excellent customer service! Highly recommend!!

Excellent, courteous and efficient staff. I buy a solid amount to chemicals consistently from Simpson’s. Every time I’m in and out quickly and they even help carry the items to my truck.

Ryan and his team are great and very helpful. They do great work maintaining our pool’s chemicals and are always available for questions and repairs. The monthly rate is very reasonable for the great service we receive. Highly recommend!

I had an issue with my jacuzzi, and Ryan was kind enough to give me advice how to fix the issue without needing to come over. Its nice to have an honest owner who is helpful to his clients. I didn't realize his company also sells supplies, so going there this weekend to buy supplies thanks to his help.
