I called this company to fix my parents washing machine. They came and didn't fix it right. I called right way and they said they would call him back, still haven't heard from them and it's been over a day. I tried calling and their phones are not working. My parents are in their 80's and this is elder abuse as this company took their money and didn't fix the problem!

Fast friendly and efficient. Fixed a refrigerator another repair guy had come to inspect and said there was no issue. This technician found problem right away.

Had my doubts based on other reviews, but they came thru and so far washer is working well. If anything, my only minor ding is that the part took almost a month to get delivered to them to complete the install, but I assume that was due to supply chain issues in general and not a fault of theirs.
Update:
Antech, I appreciate the follow-up communication and adjusted my review. -
Like so many of the other 1-star reviews, we were assigned Antech by American Home Shield (AHS) to repair our Whirlpool refrigerator. They made an appointment with us for the next day, when a technician came out and replaced the condenser fan. This did not fix the problem. We were required by AHS to give them another chance, and we're promised an appointment 3 days later, on Saturday, to which they did not show. We waited at home all day, but they did not call, nor answer their phones or texts. Turns out they're closed on the weekend. You can imagine how difficult it is for a family to be without a refrigerator and why we would never recommend this business.
To update my review: after their response below asking for a second chance, we had them back....twice. First time they mistakenly brought the same part they had just replaced on their first visit. He assured me the damper was the problem. I asked him to at least look at the fridge to see if the first guy could've missed something or done something wrong, but he said he didnt need to look at the fridge, because he was sure it was the damper.
After waiting for the part to come in, they came back 11 days later and replaced the damper. Refrigerator does not work. -
Home warranty assigned Antech appliances to fix our dishwasher that stopped releasing detergent and cleaning dishes... I had positive experience unlike other reviews posted, their customer service was very easy to reach and scheduling was quick and they got the work done as promised. Thanks Andrey the technician who did diligent work to order the part and make the dishwasher work again.

Home warranty / Antech service was great. Jeremy came and discovered the issue right away with the dishwasher. He was able to fix the drainage issue with haste, and also provided some helpful hints on keeping the maintenance under bay..
Thank you Antech appliances -
This company deserves no stars! We just moved into a home and the dishwasher had a major leak. The technician (Alex) was very rude to my daughter, babysitter and wife. He opened the dishwasher and assumed what the problem was using the wrong detergent without troubleshooting because of standing water. How is using the wrong detergent causing a leak
under the dishwasher? After trying to explain to him about what the problem was, he finally removed the bottom panel and saw the leak. He mentioned to my babysitter that, “people move to America and expect everything to be shiny and new. Just deal with it.” He also left all the panels and screws on the ground with exposed wires that could have shocked my two year old daughter, if she had gone into the kitchen. I called to speak to a manager and the operator said that isn’t possible and she will notify them to contact me and I haven’t heard anything back. This technique left us with a mess and the possible of my children to get shocked. Do not hire this company for anything. -
I have a Bosch dishwasher that needed service. This vendor could not successfully diagnose the issue and didn't know what the error code meant. The repair person tried to leave the appointment without providing any information for the repair going forward or even advising that they were leaving the premises. I had to have two different repair persons out and neither one of them were professional.

Antech Appliances, INC. repaired our dryer through our home warranty, and the experience was excellent. The repair was handled quickly and efficiently. The technician not only fixed the issue but also took the time to show us how to clean the inside of the dryer properly, which was really helpful. Communication throughout the process was clear and professional. Highly recommend their service.

To say the lease, my experience with this company has not been very favorable. They were assigned to me by my home warranty company. I have dealt with them in the past and was not satisfied and was disappointed to know that I got assigned to them again the initial technician that came out was not very attentive or very interested in what I had to say about what was going on with my refrigerator. He acted as though he was really in a hurry to leave, just as I suspected the diagnosis that he gave was not the correct diagnosis, and so another technician had to be sent out to replace a different part so we’ll keep our fingers crossed to see if this part does the trick . I have yet to receive a report of all the repairs that have been done that I’ve been asking for, they’re pointing a finger at the Home Warranty to give me the report ,the home warranty is pointing the finger at them. This whole process has been very frustrating And the customer service has not been great. this is part two of my review. I waited 24 hours after the tech installed another part refrigerator is still not working properly is not keeping the temperature.. I made a call to antique appliances once again to advise that the second part still did not fix the issue. They are referring me back over to the home warranty company so once again I am getting the runaround back-and-forth. They do not want to provide me with any invoices or paperwork of all the work that they’ve done to the refrigerator so far I stand 10 toes down on my review with this company ,,again I have used them in the past for other things and it’s always the same issues

This company was referred to us by American home sheilds for our refrigerator repair. Since June 10th till today September 11, 2025 , over 3 months. this company couldn’t repair the refrigerator and they don’t report to AHS that hey don’t know how to fix it . We have been patient and waiting . AHS needs to find another and reliable appliances repair in San Diego or find another solution for their unhappy customer. I believe one star is too much for this company . The worst company for your appliances repair. The customer service, employees, subcontractors, supervisor are the worst. I would NOT recommend them 100%.

Would give negative stars if possible. Forced to use this horrible company due to home warranty claim. Employee comes to fix our fridge leak and in the process breaks off a piece of the wall surrounding the fridge. Then he states he cannot move the fridge because it’s to heavy (not sure why they wouldn’t have come prepared since the dimensions and type of fridge was included in the description), charges us the warranty claim and leaves. If your warranty company assigns you to them PLEASE DO NOT use. Calling customer service gets you nowhere either unfortunately.

If your home warranty company assigns you this company, do yourself a favor and ask to be reassigned immediately. I saw the reviews ahead of time but hoped I'd be an exception - I was wrong. I dealt with their call center to schedule an appt. They gave me a 6-hour a window a week out, which already wasn't ideal. I patiently waited and on the day of the appt, I received a text that the technician was on his way. I, again, patiently waited by the door for them. After an hour and a half, I called their call center again to make sure everything was okay. To my surprise, they told me that the order was marked as a "no show." I asked how that could be, and all they said was they had a photo of my front door. Which, when described to me, was not my front door. So I received no call or notification that the tech was "here," nor that they believed I wasn't available. They became argumentative still accusing me of being the one that was unavailable even after I explained multiple times that they had the wrong house. I asked to have someone else come back out, as I had already taken time off of work to deal with this and this wasn't my fault. They said they can't. I asked when they could, he said he didn't have that information. I asked to speak to a manager and he said no one was available. I offered to hold until someone was, but all he said was that I could get a call back in a few minutes. I never heard back from them and in that timeframe, I was able to connect with the home warranty company, have my work order assigned to another provider, and already have a new appt set up with an incredibly helpful company. Save yourself the headache and avoid Antech from the start.

Long delay. Poor communication. Wrong diagnosis. Great trouble to me and my family. They need a change at the company. They should admit that they handle simple standard refrigerators, and that is it. Do not mislead people like me.

I am a tenant and my landlord connected me to this company. I specifically called telling them that I was a tenant. I took off work to meet with the technician. The technician arrived at the back gate, took a picture of the back gate sent it to his office and left. Never bothering to come to the front of the house. I called to tell them and they said they were unable to come back for another 5 business days. its infuriating that a company can have such inconsideration for people's time. they give you a window to wait for their techs from 12-6. really??!!! 6 hours I have to wait for these guys to show up and then, the tech shows up to the back gate? since when is the back gate the place to knock on someone's door. Of course the back gate was locked. As it should be.

horrible! they sent 3 times 3 different "technicians " to diagnose the problem with my refrigerator, and it took one month in a row , and none of them was knowledgeable. their report was pure unprofessional:
first tech: it's radiator
10 days later , second one: it's evaporating system
the report was saying : sealing system
the third tech: it needs gas
and none of them could fix the issue since it's still not working and its temperature is over 40 f . i am going to call the home warranty company tomorrow morning and file a complaint. will ask them why they refer all their customers to this 1.9 rated pure dis functional company and what is the reason behind this negligence to ignore their customers' need . their name is American home shield company ! don't go with this insurance! you will have the same situation.
Update: the number 4 technician came and this time said it's the board issue and we will order that . it takes 8-10 business days to get it and we will install it, if it didn't work then maybe it is something else. my few times calling to AHS didn't have a result and they are still waiting for the board to come. oh! just to add this: the 4 th technician was the same that came the 3 rd time and he had said it's the charge issue , this time he said is the board issue and by the way , none of them can speak English fluently so no communication can be made. -
Very unresponsive, said they would come out Friday, showed up the following Wednesday. Took them more th than a week to order the one simple part required for the repair. By the time they are finished we will have been without our dishwasher for a month. Stuck with them because I purchased the extended warranty from Best Buy. I will never buy another appliance from Best Buy.

I had ANTECH technician fix my front load washer and the technician was quick to identify that the broken drain pump was the problem. He replaced the pump and got it back to working condition quickly. He cleaned up the area after repair has been completed. Very happy with the service and professionalism.

I had a gentleman arrive to fix my refrigerator. There was a loud rattling sound when attempting to dispense water. He spoke & understood very little English so I tried not to overwhelm him with conversation or questions. He fixed the problem but when I asked him to tell me what the issue was, he couldn’t, I assume due to the language barrier so I asked him to show me instead. He refused. So I refused to sign his hand held device.
The reviews on the company is either 5 star or 1, no in between. Makes me question those 5 star reviews. I also was assigned this company by American Home Shield -
First off, the tech I got was a weirdo. No customer service and wasnt very informative about the repair. Also, he replaced something but didnt fix the issue, then told us our fridge need to get replaced. But then reported a different reason to the insurance company so they denied my claim. My freezer still broken, and had to fight my insurance company to send another company to fix it.

My wife and I recently bought a house in the last 6 months and had our washer go out on May 15 2021. We acquired a 1 year home warranty paid for during escrow. Because this occurred at 6 months we put in a claim immediately. Our home warranty insurance company was First American Warranty. We were REQUIRED to use a third party contracted firm called Antech Appliances for the repair. An Antech repair rep came out for the first time on May 25th. It was diagnosed as having to replace the agitator because the drum was grinding on the sides. This representative spoke little to no English (Russian) and used his inability to communicate as a crutch to muddy his diagnosis. But luckily we were provided some documentation of the first visit diagnosis. Antech came out a second time with the “new ordered parts” on June 11th. The same Antech repair representative. He was here for a whopping 15 minutes only to tell me the agitator was the wrong size and they he did not have the right parts to do the job, even though HE was the one who diagnosed it the first time. Fast forward to last Friday June 25th more than 6 weeks after our original claim. 6+ weeks of having no washer to wash our clothes going to friends houses and the laundry mat. The same Antech repair technician came a third time with new “new parts” and a second technician accompanying him. This second technician also spoke little to no English (also Russian). After an hour and a half of them taking the entire thing apart, banging on the original agitator with a hammer and trying to forcefully put the new one our washer was deemed unfixable. They broke the original agitator and could not get the new one in a second time after I kindly asked them to show me their process. At the end of their appointment they (in broken English) told me that something on the drum was rubbing against the inside and making deep scratch marks that can lead to long term damage and water leakage. I asked them to verify with me once again that they deemed this as unfixable and they confirmed. What a coincidence it’s now unfixable after they stripped our washer apart, left all the screws/gears undone, broke all the pieces off and dumped them into our trash can (that I later pulled out) and carried out boxes of all the “new parts” that were supposed to fix our washer? As stated by them, they had to get to their next appointment. I then asked if they could provide documentation of their findings and this “metal piece” that was causing the damage. They told me they had thrown this “piece out” and that documentation was only provided upon final completion. I searched all our trash cans and searched the entire area around our washer/dryer and found no “metal piece” they claimed was causing the damage. They could not show me this “metal piece” during the appointment and left leaving our washer once again not fixed. As they left I was told a “supervisor” would follow up on the next Monday June 28th with their report. Today we were told and sent pictures of this “metal piece” that miraculously appeared that was not shown or left with me during the final appointment. Antech sent a picture to our home warranty and because of that picture, our washer was deemed not covered because of “general wear and tear”. This company is corrupt and should be examined for theft, false claims and reckless business practices. Shaina is the Antech rep I spoke to in their offices. She was rude, condescending, unprofessional and displayed dismal customer service. They provided no help, no alternative options and put the blame 100% on my wife and I and the the home warranty company. When we called the home warranty company they gave us the same song and dance saying it was on Antech and that there is nothing they can do. Both companies are terrible firms. They SHOULD not be in business and you WILL be scammed if you use this company.
