I got several quotes and these guys came in with the best price. Not only that they did a great job, and a great cleanup after they were done. I would definitely recommend this company.

I had to learn the hard way. I had used Estate tree trimming 5 years ago and was very happy with the work they preformed but two years ago I let my gardener do the tree trimming. Man what a mistake they butchered my trees and used dirty tools causing the loss of one of my beautiful oak trees.
So naturally when I needed a new trim this year I called Estate. I don’t think I’ll ever stray. They did a beautiful job my trees are happy and so am I.

I cannot say enough good things about Estates Tree Services. In the process of selling my house in the Estates, the HOA began giving us a very difficult time. I needed to trust someone from afar and Tom was amazing. He was helpful, knowledgable, kind, hardworking, .... He went above and beyond to help me navigate a difficult process. I wish I had known Tom when we were living in the Estates. Our home would have benefitted from his skills!

Wow, wow, wow! I just had the best experience with Tom and his crew at my house today. They removed a few trees and trimmed the rest. It was a huge undertaking but they got it all done in one day, amazing. Their attention to detail, courtesy, commitment and skill set were top notch. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future for any tree services.

Estates Tree Service did a fantastic job cutting down our trees and grinding the stumps. Tom, Jim, and their crew showed up promptly and when I say they got straight to work, they got straight to work. The coordination, safety, and way the trees came down without damaging surrounding neighbors trees and/or structures was flawless. Highly recommend!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Estates Tree Service. The owner, Tom, was great to work with from start to finish. He returned my call within two hours to schedule an estimate, which I really appreciated. He was extremely knowledgeable about trees and offered thoughtful recommendations that made a lot of sense for my property.

Even though it was raining on the day the crew came out, they worked incredibly hard and still got the job done efficiently. Tom and his team were professional, courteous, and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction before leaving.

The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work provided. I highly recommend Estates Tree Service and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Our property known as The Heart of Julian in Julian, CA is destination that offers experiences & vacation rental stays. Tom from Estate Tree Services ensured we didn’t lose a day of business. They were quick to reply to our emergency after recent storms that brought hurricane winds into our region. One of our trees ended up leaning up against the house and the other trunk headed towards the structure next door fortunately stopped by another pine tree. The fearless agility of the crew was impressive. Our trees are well over 50 feet. They worked with care to ensure they avoided structural damage as they removed the fallen trunk(s). They arrived well equipped with an industrial shredder, cones for street traffic safety and appropriate equipment. I have worked in the shipbuilding industry for over 25 years and I appreciate when safety is taken seriously. When they finished they cleaned up the entire area of debris, they left no signs of tree demolition anywhere like nothing had happened! I am very happy with their service and prompt reply. Thank you Tom and your crew for an awesome job. Highly recommend 😊

My son had his bedroom, couches, master bed and bathroom cleaned. They have two toddlers and ALL the stains came out. I was responsible for letting them in, paying them and then reviewing their work.

I was so impressed I had them over to my house!

We hired Vaca's to clean the carpet in our 4 bedroom rental home after we moved out. We have 6 kids, and the carpet in the dining room was really, really dirty -- lots of dark spots where food and drinks had spilled over the years. We were pretty concerned about whether our carpet would pass the move-out inspection with our landlord.

Rick assured us that his equipment was truck-mounted (i.e. quite powerful), and that they would pre-treat the rooms and would spend extra time to really thoroughly clean and rinse the carpets, as needed.

We were simply amazed how clean Vaca's was able to get our carpets! They looked like new again, and best of all, our landlord was thrilled with the results.

I wish had customer work like Kaitlyn that works in the customer work area. I have seen her working and she always does her best. She talks pleasant, she is the best.

Elvin and Victor were professional, and my couches were a mess, years of no cleaning, and they look brand new after the cleaning. Will call on their services again.

Alexis showed up on time, assessed our request and needs, and went to work. He did not waste any time and was respectful.of the home. He offered additional work recommendations, and when I declined he was friendly and did not force the issue--which we respect much. Would be pleased to have him care for our home again.

Called in the morning at 9 am to set up an appointment to clean my mattress, which got dirty from the move, and was told a technician would be at my home that same day, which was perfect since my wife and I been sleeping on the couch. Well at 2:45, the technician said he wouldn't be able to clean the mattress the same day. Called the company and the lady I spoke to did nothing to accommodate for the inconvenience and promptly hung up after I said I wouldn't be using the company after today.
