Fixed my AC unit! Very professional!

I wish I could give 10 stars. My AC unit fan was not spinning. I had Maher from American Precision came out because the first company I hired (won't say who but they have over 2500 5 star review), after 3 plus hours, they couldn't pin point the problem. They also said, they wouldn't be able to find certain parts for my unit and there was a good chance I would have to replace my AC unit (10-15k). Maher had the problem narrowed down to two potential issues in 10 minutes. And!!!! that AC part that was impossible to find.... Maher knew exactly where to get them and came back and installed it. Turned out we needed a new fan motor too, he had that overnighted and had our AC fixed the next morning! Excellent communication! Called and texted to let me know he was on his way and confirm that he had the part overnighted and would be by the following morning to complete the job. Maher goes above and beyond, incredibly professional, very affordable and honest!

My furnace just needed a gas valve but they did everything to not do the service instead they offered a new unit. I must say these guys are shady. They said that I must’ve tampered my own furnace but I gotta say they’re not legit. They will tell you that you have a lot of problems instead of just fixing the single problem that’s in front of them.

These guys are THE BEST service company! My air conditioner was broken so my warranty co referred me to them. They reserved an appointment time before even receiving my info, then confirmed my appointment time way past business hours because the insurance company was late getting my info to them. Then, they were able to get me an earlier appointment (only the day after I called), which was so appreciated because it was 90 degrees in my house. The tech who came out immediately diagnosed my problem to be a dirty filter much to my embarrassment. When I was bummed about the charge for the visit for something I knew I shouldn't have neglected, he called my warranty co for me (I did not request this) and got the charge waived!!!! I just had to buy my own filters lol. These guys clearly love what they do and go way above and beyond. Both were very friendly and a pleasure to work with on top of being awesome and saving me money. When my units actually break and need to be replaced I will absolutely call them.

They came out with the best quote for a 3 stage Unit, I called my brother who does ac units in another state, he told me don’t hesitate, this quote was a deal! My HVAC was blowing cold air to drop 2 degrees and then I was getting warm air. I contacted my warranty company who sent American Precision as their contractor out this week. The air was blowing until the technician went on my roof and came back to tell me that there was a power surge, and that there was an electrical problem and I needed an electrician to test and fix for $1200. He also said that I needed a new motherboard, a blower motor, and refrigerant. I contacted my own electrician who said the disconnect switch was turned off and there was nothing wrong with the electricity to my HvAC. I contacted my warranty company to get a second opinion and the new HVAC company discover that the caps and o rings to the refrigerant valves were missing, so now my warranty is not covered.

Precision Heating and Air was amazing! They came out quickly, fixed my AC, and had my system up and running again so my kids didn’t have to suffer in this heat. The technician was super friendly, and the pricing was fair—no surprises. I really appreciate their fast, honest, and professional service. Highly recommend!

A truly honest and reliable company—hard to come by in this industry. While two other contractors insisted I needed a new compressor, these guys came in and quickly found the real issue. They replaced a faulty breaker that was overheating, and just like that, everything was working again. I found them through my home warranty provider, and they’re now my go-to for any future HVAC needs.
