I've been a customer since I bought this house six years ago which includes many tune-ups and one new install. They never upsell you. They always provide clear and concise information that leads one to make their own decision. It also helps that every single one of their technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. Don't bother with any other HVAC company. This is the one for you.

We have been loyal customers of Ray O. Cook for several years now and have always been happy with their service. We currently subscribe to their annual maintenance plan, which covers our system checks twice a year.

Our most recent visit from Theron was exceptional. He was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and the current health of our system, which we truly appreciated. My husband was particularly impressed with his professionalism and the quality of his work.

It is rare to find technicians who are as patient and informative as Theron. We highly recommend Ray O. Cook for their reliable maintenance programs and expert staff.
