Had these guys install a new HVAC system in our home and they were so amazing. Xavier and Ezekiel took great care in making sure to prep my house in a way that nothing was damaged on install.... they moved my unit from the back of my house to the side for me...where it would make sense if any of these homes were built with any thought, and apparently my old HVAC was NOT working the way it should because man does my house get cold fast now! These guys are great and I would highly recommend!

We have been working with Solace for years. All of their staff is great to work with. Thomas has been very helpful on all our commercial properties. He is very professional, timely and explains everything in detail.

Called in an urgent matter when it was 110 out and our office AC broke, they were out the next morning to evaluate the issue and two days after our call we had the AC fixed. We were given options, for the fix and they did a great job, worked fast and around our work hours to not disrupt our workflow.

I want to leave a five-star review for Sierra Pacific Home & Comfort, Inc. Giving some love for their solar pool division. A little over a year ago they replaced my old pool heating system with a new 12 panel solar system. I recently noticed a couple of small pen hole leaks running down my roof and into the gutter. Unless you were really looking for it you would have never known there was a problem. I called Sierra Pacific and, I kid you not, that very same day a helpful, respectful, good looking young technician named Mitch showed up and fixed my problem within a hour. It was fixed under warranty with no cost to me. Sierra Pacific really stands behind their products and the trained repair person they send out has everything they need to do the repair right the first time. Kudos to Mitch for a job well done.

Awful service, empty promises, poor communication. Steer away from it. After dozen of calls they left me stranded with unfinished job. Hopefully owner will reach out to remedy failed services. Company grew big and Customer service went south is what I am hearing from other folks. They installed 34 solar panels and equipment pool for my house and now don't even bother to resolve small issue, paid for troubleshooting service $299 didn't even got a decent report

We have solar panels and our pool solar through this company and have used them for years, and been very satisfied. I had a credit on the books that was generously given to me by the president, and decided to use their heating and air service today. The representative who helped us is Jared Mayer. He had diagnosed and fixed our heating system, but it has been a recurring issue every year, and he explained why, and even sent us the estimate in writing. This is the first company that has come out and not only done the repair, but explained what the long-term issue is. Definitely planning on using them as our HVAC company moving forward and plan to ask for Jared. Five stars.

*Update: Loud noises from my AC condenser and no cooling in the house prompted me to call for service with Sierra. Apparently, my system was completely emptied of coolant due to leaks from a new replacement coil when I turned on the AC this June.

During the visit, the tech informed me that it was most likely the Schrader Core Valves at the condenser since no other leaks were found. These were replaced and I was charged $720 for the valve replacements and coolant "top off". Several weeks later I had my annual AC tune up originally schedule from my Silver Plan membership. To my surprise, Josh advised me that my current pressure was low. It was later determined that the copper coil from ADP ordered and installed by Sierra a year ago in May had leaks that wasn't detected. I was initially offered a 20% discount for new parts and labor. This would still have cost me $$$$. And as a Silver member I was already offered 20%. This was a hard pill for me to swallow.

At the end, Sierra worked with me to cut my cost down to $350 for a new aluminum coil with labor and full servicing. I had initially coordinated with Sheyenne who was very instrumental in forwarding my concerns to management. Adriana assisted with getting an aluminum vs copper coil and mentioned priority scheduling with a senior tech to troubleshoot the entire system after installation.

Andy replaced the coil. He is an awesome tech who is professional and worked hard the entire time. He informed me exactly the steps he was taking. In fact, the original part he had was wrong and he was able to find the correct part by driving outside of town and still completed the replacement before the afternoon was over. Kudos to Andy!

Original: Huge Kudos to Toby and Thomas for replacing my AC coil. They kept me updated on the progress and explained their work along the way. Very professional, knowledgeable and great work ethics. They even offer to turn on our pool's solar system saving an additional trip out in a couple of weeks. Once again, thanks for your outstanding work to keep us cool this summer.
