I was first introduced to Crime Scene though my employer. At that time I had no idea that there was even such a company, and that their were no government agencies to help in these needed instances. I was able to attend one of their educational seminars, and was amazed at the knowledge and care that goes behind what they do and what their company represents.

This is a company that I would recommend and use, if the occasional arises.

I cannot say enough good things about Crime Cleaners. Our situation was overwhelming- We were clearing out a house after we evicted tenants after a police raid. The home had been trashed by drug addicts. Not only was it a mess there were needles and syringes hidden everywhere. Poop in the sinks and closets, It was a gross and dangerous situation where my usual guys said nope, we’re not equipped for this. Cory explained the process- which for us began with a bio-hazard cleanup, In two days, his team had the house picked up and ready to show new tenants There was even a scary situation when some troublemakers who had been evicted showed up and wanted to rummage thru and find their drugs or stuff . They did even argue they just dialed 911 in front fo these scumbags and they took off. No confrontation’s, just business.

Nothing could ever prepare you for a phone call for a crime scene
mess, especially when it's someone in your family. I was not prepared, emotionally or financially for it. They made the most horrible experience of our lives, bearable and handled the clean-up mess in the apartment quickly and professionally while keeping us informed of the process each step of the way. I am so grateful that I stumbled upon them. I would never wish this service on anyone, but in this kind of emergency, these are the people you want coming in.

Cleaning up a crime scene isn't for the faint of heart, I was very lucky to find Steri-Clean. They not only got it done same day and for a lot less than the two other companies i called, but they were very friendly and made us feel at ease in a rough time and advised us on a lot of the other topics we had to deal with. We are very grateful for their help.

They were very nice, but I ended up losing a mattress, a winter coat, they stocked food in a cabinet OVER cockroach carcasses and they did nothing with the toilet and shower enclosure. It was an expensive undertaking and I ended up losing a lot. I would not use them again!

I am very please with the services of removing the odor in home as Mr. Mike S.-Partner of the company and Mr. Steve S.-Field Supervisor really took the times and efforts to do the job right.

Great job and really nice people. We had a rodent issue on our patio and needed a sanitary and safe clean up. They took photos and explained everything they were going to do and afterward explained what they did to remedy the issue. I highly recommend their service.

Someone in my family recently committed suicide. Realizing we needed a cleaner, I called this company. From the moment of the initial call to the minute they left the property, we were given the utmost professionalism, patience and kindness. They explained how the service worked, and when we made the decision to go with them, they were there arrived quickly. Professional, prompt and compassionate!!!! If you should unfortunately need this service, this company is the absolute best!

Losing a family member is hard enough, especially when the aftermath is out of your control. Recently, I was put in a situation where I needed help and I’ve never been so thankful for a company like Steri-Clean. Every person I spoke with was so kind and helpful. They really do want to help. The clean up was fast and thorough. They worked with my schedule and went above and beyond to work with me financially. Thank you so much Mike Selvidge for your patience and understanding. I could never thank Steri-Clean enough for the grace they have while I am dealing with a hard time in my life.

These guys were and are rock stars. We had an infestation of field mice and rats in our outdoor storage unit, feces and filth everywhere, I couldn’t clean the unit myself so I did research and found this company and boy was I lucky. They arrived early, were kind, considerate, helped go through damaged items and repack items, and I was especially grateful for the kindness and professionalism by the guys when I got emotional at some products that could not be salvaged due to mice feces. We have an 18/20 unit, they were done in less than half a day, used good grade disinfectant and the whole experience was great. Thank You Steri-Clean- Thank you Gizi-Kevin- Alan-Erick

Called at 10:07 1/15 too get a price quote and was met with attitude over the phone while discussing which cleaning service. Taking my money else where. Go ahead and let the company make an excuse fore their poor customer service and write how it was my fault some how. Smh

Hired this company to do a deep clean and they did an great job. Also did a good job on my hardwood floors. will use this company again.

I was thinking about scheduling your service but after reading your reviews I don't think so, you only answer to certain reviews that lets me know that you really don't care about customer satisfaction
