Rude, unprofessional, scammy company. Do not use! Never showed up despite several confirmation emails, then when you call to see what happened they blame you. I see other people in the reviews here with similar experiences. Ownership actually responds to negative reviews on here by insulting the customers, HA! That should tell you everything you need to know. Can’t wait to see what they write under mine. These people don’t know a thing about running a business. Save your money.

Unfortunately, I did not heed the warning previously posted for this company. The owner, LaTunya was extremely nice and professional the first couple of times we spoke, and very accommodating of my short notice. I requested a deep clean minus bedrooms. 5 hours, $205, and a job my children, or myself could have done. Overall, it was just OK. The clincher was, when I asked Tracey about cleaning certain areas in the bathroom (ceiling, walls), and diningroom (baseboards) she LIED saying bathroom stains would not come out and that she cleaned baseboards. After the 2nd lie, I literally walked her to the dining room to point it out and she cleaned it. The bathroom area in question she never attempted becsuse it was too high and you could see where she stopped. There were a couple of other areas where she surfaced cleaned in the kitchen too. I could go on, but this pretty long and I have not gotten to the best part.

I called LaTunya to let her know I was not completely satisfied, but wanted to pay her based on our previous arrangement. She sounded so concerned and wanted to be sure she got the feedbsck so she could follow up. I paid her and told her I would call her back. I know that was dumb, but since I was not trying to get a discount I figured she was sincere in wanting to correct the opportunity with her employee. Obviously not the case since that was on Friday, May 3, 2013 and today is 7th. On Thursday when she was trying to get my business she was very responsive and called right back the couple of times she missed my call.

This place was 2x what others charged. I went with them because of the good reviews on this site. My experience was not the same. "You get what you pay for" was not the case here. Paying more did not provide a better service or experience. Trust me!

I’m so glad I read the reviews before even attempting to book. Saw them post about 20 adds on Craigslist so I figured I would check the reviews after I called with questions. But based on the quality of customer service and bad reviews and the condescending attitude that I received from the lady I called for some more information - I will be taking my money elsewhere. Honestly don’t waste your time there are SO many other cleaning services in the area that have WAY better reviews, customer service and have established a much better clientele list.

I was really excited to book an appointment with this company to surprise my parents, but before I did I wanted to read the reviews from customers. It seems everytime someone has a bad experience, the company is guiltless and the client has a home which requires a hazmat team.
Very disappointed in the unprofesional responses from management. Due to this, I will be taking my business elsewhere and making sure others do as well

The company cleaned in depth my apartment in Riverside before my move. The maid, Diane, arrived on time, was very friendly and she did a great job. I recommend. 5 stars.

First I want to say this was my 1st time using a maid service. I wanted to surprise my wife she had back surgery and we destroyed the home while she was away. I found this company online and booked it online due to my schedule i could not be home during the cleaning but when i got off work our house was spotless. A big thank you to you guys for all your help my wife was ecstatic when she saw how clean the house was.

Bad, Bad Company. After receiving confirmation of my cleaning request I was informed that I would receive another email once I was confirmed. This was on the 15th of September. On the 21st of September I received an email confirming my appointment on the 23rd of September. Well nobody showed up on the 23rd. I called no answer, I sent a text and somebody replied back that they do not service my area. The rudest person I have ever dealt with told me it was probably in my spam which was ridiculous because I received all the confirmations. Sounds like they have used this excuse before. You also need to enter Credit Card information to schedule an appointment which I find uncomfortable giving anyway but to take information and use it for what, if not to clean my house. We communicated only by email and I told her I would not sleep well knowing that people like her are out their doing business. I have reported them and have spread their name around to my many friends in Rancho. On the 27th of September I received another email thanking me for my business and they hoped I had a great experience. This is the sloppiest business ethic I have ever seen. Stay away, I would not let them in my home. Oh and because of Covid they don't want you in the home when they are cleaning. So you are supposed to allow complete strangers in your home the first time? Completely unprofessional.

It makes me really upset that I spent 200 dollars for a service when I can still see streak marks on the wooden floor because the lady didn't go against the wood pattern when mopping. She completely missed cleaning my laundry room, & it honestly wasn't worth me spending 200$ for her to only bring a mop and a vacuum & it doesn't even look like anything was cleaned very disappointing won't be coming back again. I understand she's an older lady but if she couldn't do a big house she shouldn't have let me book because I wasted money

I have never wrote a review before on anything but I decided to write one on this cleaning company. Its graduation time here and my granddaughter Kimmie is having a party here at the house. I haven't had time to really clean up the place since my husband has been very ill. I called several house keeping companies I must admit and well I decided to go with this company. The lady quoted me $325 for 6 hours for my 4 bed 3 bath home for a Spring/Fall clean is what they call it. I must admit the price was a little higher than most by maybe 50 or so but I said fine since they were flexible with my schedule. 2 ladies came out and these ladies did speak English and seemed very friendly. They did a good job i was satisfied. My home wasn't filthy but it did need a good cleaning. the only thing was the product they used in our bathrooms had a minty smell and my nose is sensitive, but the bathrooms were very clean and tidy. Since my husband is ill and I spend most of my day looking after him i will let them come bi monthly to clean and the price is 125 each time. One more thing: The ladies told me they were not allowed to take out my recycle bins but i can live with that as long as the trash is taken out.

There was a slight issue with the online scheduling (but, I believe that has now been fixed). The system did not get my appointment day correct, but one call to them and the issue was resolved with a better resolution that I initially thought. No one could make it the day of, but the owner promised to come out the next morning and personally clean the apartment herself so I could move out. That's customer service! The apartment looks fantastic and I got my full deposit back! If I still lived in the area, I would for sure use Full Moon Cleaning again.

Absolutely amazing service! The owner was so helpful with helping me book my service, the cleaners did so good cleaning my house (especially my bathrooms) before they left I made sure to book for my next cleaning. Best cleaning in Ontario, Ca hands down !

They do awesome work.. Very particular on things n they made sure they hit all the spots that's noticable to the eye at first glance..

Would highly recommend utilizing Cleanstart. They answer request in a timely manner and their quality of work is outstanding. Have used them for powerwashing, carpet cleaning, porter services, haul aways, and more. Josh is very kind and honest.

Clean Start does an excellent job. Very thorough and dependable cleaning services at a fair price. Clean Start Cleaning Services maintains our 2-story commercial office building in Rancho Cucamonga. The company does an excellent job and is very reliable. Their proposal to service our building was extremely detailed and the company has provided every service we agreed to. We have also asked them to deep clean carpets and high-traffic bathroom floors and their pricing was fair, they performed the jobs quickly and the results were great. We would highly recommend this company for any cleaning needs.

Clean Start is our new janitor service at Berkshire Hathaway. It has been a big difference from our previous provider. The office looks, feels and smells great when I walk in on the mornings after they've been there. The folks I have met from Clean Start are professional, have great communication and are friendly. We are very happy that we made the switch and would recommend them to anybody that asked.

Clean Start is our new vendor at a few properties at Cushman & Wakefield. They are dependable, communicative, and provide "A" Class customer service. We recently had a new tenant moving in and they accommodated our needs to ensure a good first impression with the tenant. I would highly recommend this company for any cleaning services needed.

Dignified Bio-Cleaning is the best! They not only remove hoarding, but they do a deep clean and disinfect after. Love the guys, they are so nice too!

I'm very satisfied with this company, they cleaned, disinfect sanitized my apartment really well. Now, I have the freedom again to stay inside my place. They got the rodent! And now my apartment smells good and clean. Bill, Shelton and the other one i forgot his name but they were all good and dedicated to their Job!
