My brother and I surprised my mom with a little party but didn’t want to clean. My mom isn’t comfortable with random people in our home so we called Merry Maids and they sent 2 very nice cleaners. My mom was so happy and impressed with their service she wants them to come back monthly.

Kenya is amazing. She’s fast, but more importantly, she’s thorough. High on my list are our bathrooms and floors; they shine when she’s done. My service includes cleaning our plate glass patio doors. The glass and kitchen sparkle when she’s done. I’ve had a couple of substitutes and they have also done a very good job. I used Merry Maids’ services as a Thanksgiving gift for my family back home. So although I wasn’t at the house during their visit, my mom was extremely pleased with the work they did, and the cleaners were extremely efficient w time! On my end, Joe (the owner) was very receptive, communicative, and understanding while setting it up with me. The pricing was a bit high, but worth it given the holiday + the results. I’ve heard of many cheaper companies that charge less, but reviews seemed to indicate worse effort and efficiency. Thank you, Merry Maids!

This was my first time using this company—for a client’s vacant property, not my own—and while the quality of the cleaning was good (I'd rate the actual work 4+), the communication left a lot to be desired.

I outlined the scope of work and even met the team on-site to ensure they understood my specific needs. However, additional work I didn’t request—and that wasn’t necessary for a vacant home—was performed without prior discussion. When I asked about it, I was told it’s “always included,” but that was never communicated to me upfront.

The job ended up costing more than the estimate and more than I anticipated. On top of that, two bathroom windows were left open, which could have caused damage had I not caught it before last week's thunderstorm.

Bottom line: they did a good job overall, but the lack of clear communication and oversight means I can only give 3 stars.

Merry Maids, Linda and Luz, cleaned our house from top to bottom after we moved out. I was not able to inspect it, but our realtor gave me a glowing report!

Luz was sent over yesterday. She is a meticulous cleaner. Organised, I could tell the way she kept her cleaning products out of the way so no one would trip over the long vacuum hoses etc. She Never refused to clean anything I have asked her to clean in the rooms where she was at or when I asked her to move a changing table to vacuum behind it. It's things like that that matters, no matter how small they might be at the time. I like Luz and how she cleans. I tip her well, too to show her how much I value her work. I know I would have been exhausted cleaning my house the way she did, much less 2 or 3 houses a day! Yikes! Thank you, Luz for a job well done!

Best maid service in town! Called them for a move-in clean, and Kenya did such a fantastic job! My house looks completely new. It sparkles, and I am very thankful for Merry Maids of Rancho Cucamonga.

Horrible!!! The first two women did not completely clean the house. They were instructed to do a deep clean and the outside of the white kitchen cabinets were not cleaned. They did not use any product to clean the floors. Two women were sent back to clean the areas they missed and one of the same women were sent. She was complaining about being there for 6 hours the day before. Mind you- this deep cleaning is hourly not a flat rate. I have an old fashioned stove for fires in the dinning area and I had to stand there over this same woman to throughly clean the stove. Expect to pay a lot of money for half ass work.

I want to give a shout out to Martha. She has been one of the best personable people I’ve ever met. She comes into our house with a smile and greets us with an introduction every time. Her cleaning expertise is amazing. She is efficient and able to do the job without any issues. She has been coming to our home for many years and I really appreciate her being there for us. We have been a customer for over ten years.

We needed a really fast appointment to help my parents post termite fumigation. Four Seasons was very responsive and flexible with getting a booking.

Shannon was the team member who arrived at my parents house. She was punctual, friendly and boy was she a hard worker!! She worked *tirelessly* (from 11:30 -> 8pm) performing a thorough deep cleaning for my parents. She was respectful, and considerate of their needs, but so extremely diligent. Shannon's attention to detail and high quality are really noticed. Shannon did not rush, she took her time and did a phenomenal job. Her work was most notable in all the bathrooms where things were *sparkling* afterwards.

Our family is delighted with the work Shannon did and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to book with Four Seasons. She really set the bar so high and is phenomenal.

I had a very good experience with them, it was communicative and professional. The cleaner I had was Patricia and she was very kind. The job she did was amazing and had a high attention to detail. If I have to schedule another service it will definitely be with four seasons!
