I hired Merry Maids to deep clean my condo before placing it for sale. After they were done and had most of their stuff packed up, they asked me to check it out. I noticed cob webs on the wall where I had some shelves. I mentioned them and hoped they'd look around a little more. Nope! Didn't even get all the cobwebs on the part I mentioned. Annoying around more was really awkward as they're all packed and ready to go.
I spent the next 3 hours finding stuff they'd missed. Top of the granite backslash in the kitchen still dirty. Crevice between the carpet and baseboard wasn't done in either bedroom. Most of the baseboards weren't cleaned. Spots on the ceiling from cooking weren't touched. Chandelier in the dining area was barely touched and only on the outside. Had to clean all five light covers again. Dustbunnies behind the TV and stand. Sticky spots on the woodflooring. No polish on the woodflooring. Did not clean the top of any cupboards. Again, it took me 3 hours just to finish what they missed. I will not use them again. I gave 2 stars because they did clean something, just not what I thought I was getting for $300!

my husband and I were so happy we contacted merry maids in Rancho Cucamonga we had a them clean a rental we had after the tenants left they did such a great job! that gave me time to do other things they were a life saver ! we have never had a service come in to clean anything for us this was our first I know personally how long it takes to clean a home especially a bathroom . everyone was so nice and friendly and Professional from the girl that answer the phone to the team that came to clean the house

We have been using this service for several months now. After a back injury, we couldn't keep up with the housework. I had tried several housekeepers before, and it was crazy how slow they would be. One housekeeper only did one small bathroom in an entire hour.

I finally reached out to Merry Maids and I'm so glad I did.
We have the same housekeeper, Evelia, who comes every other week.

She is AMAZING. Very independent, fast, and thorough. Our house is beautifully tidy after she leaves. She doesn't just do the bare minimum. For example, I needed to change the sheets on my bed and had my sheets near by. I did *not* ask nor expect her to change my sheets. But she did! I was really thankful; tasks like that are still difficult for me and my husband has to still do a lot around the house.

Not only is she super nice, she has to work around two people who are working from home at the same time she's trying to clean around us. LOL

We don't like people being in our home but now we look forward to her service day, because she's so easy to work with and our house is SO nice afterwards and makes us feel good.

Now if only the cat would stop thwarting our efforts to keep the house clean...

I coordinated a cleaning for my mother in law and she was SO HAPPY with how everything was cleaned! The scheduling process was so simple because of the owners. The owners were happy to answer any questions we had and made sure we got the services we needed. Very responsive. Highly recommend!

I've been using their service for many years. It's not easy having the confidence in a cleaning company and their employees to have them be in your home. Virginia showed up on time and got right to work. She was diligent and efficient, cleaned our apartment from top to bottom. It hadn't looked so good since we moved in!

Some things were missed. However, I was contacted within less than 10 minutes after explaining that some things were missed. The next day, everything was taken care of along with a manager to verify. I would recommend merry maids to anyone👍🏽

Merry Maids was a pleasure to work with they were on time and did a fantastic job. I had them clean after a restoration project and they cleaned everything to my house feel like home again. I just wish they were able to hit my floors one more time just because of all the construction dust but other than that I highly recommend Merry Maids.

I had a wonderful experience with Merry Maids. I requested special cleaning (refrigerator & oven cleaning) in addition to my monthly service. It appeared one task, oven cleaning, had been overlooked. The office staff were kind, understanding and professional. The next cleaning session they sent, Maria, who did a splendid job on my entire house and extra care cleaning my oven.
