Patricia showed up on time, got straight to work and did an excellent job. Even though I am in the middle of getting my home ready to sell, she was patient and kind. I would not hesitate to use her again.

I have been using the cleaning service for 5 months and it’s been great. I appreciate that our cleaner will always ask for us to walk through her work in case there is something we do not like or something we want her to pay extra attention to while cleaning before leaving.

I have had several home cleanings in the past but had to find a new service because my previous one didn't work with my schedule. This company cost way more than I have ever paid and it was by far the worst house cleaning I have received. The kitchen floor was not mopped at all; it was dirty just like when they came. I had to mop the floor myself and I found other things that were missed. I'm usually happy with my cleanings and never complain but this was just horrible. A lot of people seemed to like Shannon, I don't want to name drop but I don't think my cleaners' name was Shannon. It was a man and a lady. I just felt very ripped off since it was so expensive with poor results.

I never received any pictures nor did I ever hear pictures were even taken. I didn't think a walk through would be necessary because I never needed to do a walk through with my previous company. I also noticed later when I moved the downstairs rug back that they literally just moved my rug to cover the mess rather than mop the floor. I realized all this as I started redoing the cleaning myself.

Shannon has been great to clean my house. I have ordered many other cleaning services, but four season is the best. Shannon is very thorough and detailed oritented. And they make sure you happy. Price is reasonably. Highly recommended.

Excellent house cleaning service! I had the pleasure of hiring Four Seasons for a thorough house cleaning, and I am over the moon about my experience with them. First off, their customer service was phenomenal. Amanda assured me we would be well taken care of and she delivered. The team did an amazing job on our house. I am very particular about my house, maybe a little OCD, and their attention to detail was like no other. Our house looks and smells AMAZING! I definitely highly recommend this company, and will be referring family and friends.

I hired Four Seasons Home Cleaning through Google and paid $295 for a service that was not completed. Dishes were left in the sink, surfaces weren’t cleaned, and multiple listed tasks were skipped. I didn’t feel safe bringing it up during the visit, so I quietly ended it and tipped out of fear, not satisfaction.

When I shared my concerns afterward, I was gaslit, guilted, and accused of defamation for asking for a fair refund. I received $45 back, about 15%, and was told the matter was closed. Their behavior was unprofessional, manipulative, and deeply disappointing.

I expected help. I got stress.

I hired four seasons cleaning to clean a 1340 square foot condo. An elderly, Indoor smoker. They lived there for almost 30 years. Towards the end, they weren’t able to keep up with normal household cleaning. It was in bad shape. I was quoted a price and a one day cleaning. Once on site, after being able to assess the situation they called me and informed me it was one of the worst they had seen. They had to raise the price a little and add a day. Considering what they had to work with I understood. We agreed. Two days later I went to inspect the property. I was blown away at how different it looked and smelled. Obviously cigarette smoke is impossible to get rid of 100 percent without painting and new floors etc. However, it was amazing how good it was. I was glad to have hired them. The final price was still quite reasonable considering what they had to do. I would highly recommend hiring four seasons cleaning!

Petra was very nice and a wonderful cleaner. I loved my place, it felt brand new. She did exactly what I asked her to do and she went over anything I needed her to. I definitely would recommend her and the company to others.

I just called to request a quote and the lady I spoke to asked me for how many bedrooms in our home and the square footage and I gave her that information and everything and I asked her if she had cleaners to come out and clean my house she gave me a pretty big price for one Cleaner. I told her my house has been cleaned before many times and it would need two cleaners at least cause it is a two-story house. She pretty much almost hung up on me and was extremely rude to me over the phone and I think it upset her.
I just can’t believe people like her have work because when I was in customer service, I could never speak like that anyway, I would not recommend this place of how rude they are

Four Seasons accommodated me on a very short notice and even scheduled Lissy to clean earlier than originally anticipated. Lissy was thorough and meticulous and exceeded all my expectations. The house has not been lived in for 8 months but now looks immaculate. I am more than grateful for Lissy and 4 Seasons.
