He came on time and was kind enough to give us all the information on what to expect and explained in detail everything that us a consumer would like to know.
He kept his work area clean and organized the entire visit. We are now extremely happy to have reliable hot water again!

I called VK Plumbing and the owner answered my call. Owner Andres was professional on the phone and was able to come out the same day. When Andres arrived, I saw his work van which looked like it was just wrapped. Plus, Andres dressed like a plumber. Great looking work van, wearing his company plumber's outfit I felt I was in good hands. Andres assessed our issue and had an immediate solution. Apparently our downstairs shower's V-Trap where water creates a seal from the drains had evaporated. The Solution was to simply run water in the shower and create the trap which in turn solved the problem. Andres could not have been any nicer. The cost was below my expectation. It is what I expected...call a plumber, have plumber fix the issue, pay plumber and enjoy the house. Andres did all that. THANK YOU Andres. Andres is my go to plumber. He recently replaced our water heater. Looked at our situation told us what size would work best for us. Priced comparable to other plumbers but being a family owned business I felt like he took pride in his work. Highly recommend

If you're looking for an honest plumber with honest employees (yes, there are ones out there!), then look no further. Ken Allison and his crew are hard working, knowledgeable, fairly priced and are always there when I need them. They've snaked my toilets and kitchen sink, re-piped my shower, and fixed/installed various other items in my house over the last 14 years of my home ownership. When a major pipe burst under my bathroom sink at 2am, and I didn't know what else to do, I picked up the phone and called Allison plumbing. They are awesome. I feel like they actually care about the work they do and their reputation, and in my book, they've earned every great review they've received.

Incredible workmanship at all times. Ken knows plumbing like no one else I know. It is amazing how he is able to solve the most intricate problem and save you a bundle. He is always there when I need him and is wonderfully kind and personable. His workers are just as efficient and honest. We have used Allison Plumbing for about 20 years now! Kenny and Rebecca (owners) are reliable, honest, competent, and reasonably priced. They have done small & large jobs for us. They saved us on Christmas Eve morning one year when toilet "exploded". They recently saved us thousands of dollars by moving a gas line, instead of Edison digging up our yard. Even my kids knew as they were growing up, if there is a plumbing problem, call Kenny! Can't recommend them enough!!

I own a property in Apple Valley and was told by a local plumber that the mainline on this house was "snapped" per his camera of the mainline. I'm always leery when a plumber pulls out a camera! Suggested repair was $2,800 with a band aid fix costing $1,400!

Needless to say I wanted a 2nd opinion so I called Allison plumbing. They showed up the following day expecting to replace a mainline per the prior plumbers assessment (the job site was 40+ miles from Rancho Cucamonga).

To my "surprise" I did not have a break in my mainline but I did need a clean out installed for future access. They also uncovered the septic lids to save me money when the pumper showed up the following day. I was charged a fraction of the original estimate and once again Allison Plumbing saved the day!

Kenny is a rare breed in the plumbing business. His guys DON'T get paid commission and he's honest. Trust him, use him for all your plumbing needs. You won't be disappointed.

We found water seeping from the base of our kitchen island last night, and had to close the water shut off valve to prevent further flooding. Not having any water, we couldn't use the bathroom, kitchen or washing machine, making us realize how we are water dependant all day long! We called Allison Plumbing this morning, and fortunately, Rebecca was able to dispatch Ken and Devin by this afternoon. Ken diagnosed the problem and gave us a very reasonable estimate without having seen the leak since it was underneath the bottom panel. Once part of the panel was sawed off for access, his diagnosis proved accurate. After carefully removing drain pipes and electrical wiring, Devin actually folded his slim body under the sink into a tight space not much more than 7-8 cubic feet and spent a good couple of hours sawing off, sanding, sweating & soldering copper tubing that had developed a couple of pinholes over the years. I think the actual job turned out to be quite a bit harder than anticipated. However, Ken, the owner, honored the initial estimate price. While we had them, we also asked them to do a few extra plumbing chores that Ken and Devin accommodated us with gladly at a very reasonable charge. Thank you for rescuing us today! We feel fortunate to know that you have our backs!

Our kitchen sink backed up the night before we were to celebrate an engagement party for our daughter at our home. We worked for a couple of hours on it ourselves and cleaned out the trap, etc, but no luck. We called Allison Plumbing early the next morning, and they were able to work us in right away. We had a blockage WAY back 80 feet in our sewer! Ken and his assistant had it cleared up in a short time! It was less than $100 - money well spent! We will definitely use Allison Plumbing again!

I had a leak under my kitchen sink I could not stop. I called several plumbers and none of them could send anyone for several days. I called Allison Plumbing and they sent out Johnny first thing the next morning. He fixed it in less than an hour and even fixed my loose faucet.

About ten years ago I was looking for an honest plumber. A friend referred me to Ken. I used Ken and his guys to do a repipe in my rental house. They did an excellent job at an affordable price.

Ever since then I use Allison Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. From drain clearing to major new construction jobs. I refer Ken to all of my family, friends , and neighbors.

Ken, Rebecca, and the crew at Allison Plumbing are great people. If I can give them more than 5 stars, I would. I recently decided that it was time to replace my old galvanized pipes for an entire copper repipe. I got bids from other plumbers and they all told me that they needed to cut through the stucco outside of my home in order to complete the repipe. The moment Ken came to my house, his years of experience took over and he knew exactly where the pipes needed to go without having to remove any stucco. He even set me up with a new water heater!

You can tell right off the bat that Ken is a genuine and honest person, which is difficult to come by nowadays. Not once did I feel that he was trying to up sell me on additions I didn't need unlike another plumbing company who suggested that I replace the PVC from the main water line to copper as well. Ken and his staff were professional and his pricing was very reasonable compared to others.

I'm happy to say that I've found an honest plumber that I can call on in the future for all my plumbing related needs. I will definitely be referring family and friends to Allison Plumbing. Excellent and prompt service. Whenever we have a plumbing emergency they are able to come out same day. Anyone who has kids know that they love to stick stuff down the toilet. I don't know what it is, but they love that stuff. Allison plumbing has saved the day for us on a few occasions. And I'm sure there'll be more to come.

LOVED it! Wow I saved a whole day by calling Allison Plumbing. They fixed our leaky shower diverter thing and 2 sinks for an amazing price. They are my go to team for all my plumbing needs. They were in an out in about an hour or two which would haven't taken me all day running back and forth from home depot because I got the wrong part, or don't have the tools for. I can focus my time other what I do best and let them do what they do best in less time.
