Collen S was amazing! He installed my toilet and put in a new flange (which was a lot of work )and left the bathroom much better than he found it. The job required multiple trips to the hardware store which he did happily although it was getting late. Sacrificed his Friday evening to make sure the job got done right. Highly recommend this young man!!

Top notch service. I rarely write reviews but this one is well deserved. We were incredibly frustrated after having 2 navien tankless water heaters die on us in just 1-2 years. The first was installed by a terrible company through our home warranty. For the second I used All City after seeing good ratings.
So we couldn't believe it when the second unit gave out too. After getting several companies to take a look, they all informed me that the installation had not been done correctly and the system was missing proper ventilation.
I went back and contacted All City as we were less than pleased with what happened. The receptionist was responsive and friendly. She promptly forwarded the issue to manager Steve and he got back to me later that day.
He explained that he is the Quality Control manager and came out with a tech soon after that.
The two of them took the time to install a brand new unit with new copper piping, and made sure that other components were up to code that previously had not been done. Also improved upon what had been done so that in the end, everything looked like a Quality professional job.
This was all done at their expense to make up for the significant mistake that had been overlooked. We were incredibly impressed by the efficiency of how quick and easy Steve was able to 'made it right'
After about 3 years of headache with the first two water heaters, it was so nice for a change to have things go smoothly!!
Since the installation, a couple other minor issues came up. Every time it was convenient to get ahold of a receptionist and Steve via text. They were always quick to respond and happy to help. Steve came out himself to take care of things within a couple days and at a time that worked for me
Great customer service goes a long way. Even though the improper installation was done by their company costing us a water heater, the fact that they have a Quality Control manager shows that All City actually cares. And Steve delivers on that. At the end of the day, mistakes happen and it's how the business handles it that really counts.
Because of their honesty in backing up their work, they have my high recommendation

Gabriel was very communicative and professional. He serviced our tankless water heater, repaired a leak from the refrigerator water dispenser, installed a 3 stage whole house water filtration unit and a water pressure regulator in timely manner. Throughout the process he was informative and always asked if I had any questions. He simplified the answers to my questions as well. The only con for me was that the company does not supply affordable or reasonable water filtration units so I had to purchase the one pictured separately (the lowest through them was $2500). The unit pictured was only $386 with tax and shipping. Great service overall I would definitely use them again. Thank you Gabriel!

I had an issue with my water heater and I contacted All City Plumbing. My plumber, Sergio, was incredibly nice and professional from the moment he arrived. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and patient he was—he took the time to explain the issue in detail and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely kind. I’ll definitely be asking for him again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

We had a big job (including leak diagnostics, jackhammering, replacements, repairs, cement, toilet removal and replacing, etc) that needed to be done quickly in our bathroom. My family is so pleased with the results, the speed of service and the quality of work that Tyler M provided. He was kind, professional, well spoken, and spent extra time cleaning up any possible mess! Tyler carefully and honestly explained every detail of the problem, the process to repair, the timeline, the cost etc. He was also very kind to our pets which meant a lot to us! The repair is perfect and was very obviously done correctly and professionally. Don’t look any further for your plumbing needs, this company is amazing (ESPECIALLY TYLER M!).

I recently had a great experience with Daniel B from All City Plumbing, Air and Electrical. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly before starting the repair. He patiently answered all of my questions and made sure I understood what was being done. He arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and fixed my leak without any issues. It also was amazing how well he cleaned up the area when he was finished—it looked just as neat as before he started.

Made appointment for Saturday morning. Got text asking if they can come on Friday afternoon. I agreed. Tech came out and told me that kitchen sink slow drain will cost me $189 even though website advertises for $89. He tried and didn't work and said that he needed to hydrojet clean for $1200. I asked why so expensive and he said that $450 I paid 5-6 years ago was before covid & everything went up after. So because I didn't want to call another company, I went ahead w/o camera for $900. He had to go back to get the machine. Came back and made a hole in the clean out pipe because cover was not coming out (see pic). Did the job and now I have a hole in my wall. He said he can come back next week but he has to charge me for a cover install that he broke, or I can just tape it. Very unprofessional. I am not happy and I would never recommend this company to anyone. In my opinion, it was a rip off, taking advantage of people in need of repair. I should have just called the company I used before.

Be careful. They are very friendly & upsell in a calculated way. The work might seem good initially but the quality of their work & products can lead to issues later. I used them twice & would not recommend them to anyone.
1st time they convinced me I needed to replace outside spigots, which I agreed to & was fine with. But after a few months the pipe coming out of the wall that they installed cracked & created leaks. Both in the front & backyard, same issue.
2nd time I called them out for an electrical issue (before I realized the plumbing was done poorly). Great guy, completely full of crap trying to convince me I had to do very expensive upgrades & work. Turned out my pool pump just needed replacement.
Just be careful. Don't trust what they say, do your research. I wouldn't recommend them as a value.

The guy came out on time but the quote that was given to repair a very small link and was already identified when everything was dugout was ridiculous. This company is ripping people off with over pricing on project that should cost around 6-800 if they are doing all the work… Ended up doing it myself and the home depot trip cost me around 100 in supplies because I needed a new pipe cutter but I got the job done for a hair of the price that was quoted to me. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Fast service on a Sunday and they did a free camera inspection of my sewers to see what’s causing the issue. Price is better than others.

I had Victor install and tankless water heater in place of my 50 gallon. He did an amazing job. He kept us informed the entire time. Everything looked great when he was done.

This was such a positive experience! I shopped around, caling several companies. All City was the most forthcoming with info on the phone, but the best part was that the HVAC tech they sent, Andrew, was extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, and very kind. He had answers to all of our questions about our mini split, and added more facts that we didn't even think to ask. We will definitely request him again for any future HVAC needs for our other system, which is central air & heat. The price for his work was certainly reasonable, and less than estimates I was given from other companies. Andrew has gained our trust, so we'll call All City for all future HVAC needs. They also have specialists who do plumbing and electrical work, so we joined their maintenance program, which was significantly less than other companies ' programs. Andrew and All City will save our time in the future now that we no longer have to shop around.

It was a Friday morning and the leak in my mother-in-law’s bathroom sink started just after I got to work. After a quick Google search I found All City Plumbing.

They were able to send a technician to my house within a few hours. And the service was absolutely outstanding.

Carlos N arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly before getting to work. He was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant.
He completed the work efficiently and left the work space spotless.
