Don arrived on time and quickly. I was very impressed with his professionalism, very polite and informative. He first gave me a quote that was a little out of my budget but he called his office to see what he could do and was able to make it very affordable, very impressive. Even after he was done I realize I misunderstood about the pipe leading to my sprinkler system that it was ok to cut not realizing it would effect my system. I called his office after hours and he promptly called me back and returned the next day to correct my mistake at no charge. Now I call that great customer service. I will be using this company for now on and I highly recommend them. Don is an asset to your company and must be a keeper a man of character. Very happy customer!

Barry from Solace Plumbing and Heating was awesome. My ac stopped working suddenly due to a blower motor problem. They accommodated us for the same day appointment, dealt with the hvac company for free motor replacement under warranty and installed it next day. Thoroughly professional and customer friendly. Highly recommended.

Our a/c stopped cooling and so we called Solace. We have been loyal customers for at least 10 years. We called on a Monday afternoon and Brandon came out the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced a capacitor. It’s comforting to know that we can always count on Brandon to be professional, respectful, and efficient. Thank you!!!

I have used Solace plumbing a few times. So I feel I have a true well rounded experience with them. They installed a new Tankless Water Heater, fixed my leaking pipes under kitchen sink and the latest was my sprinkler system main pipes that feed the valves was leaking and I had a marshy mess and a huge water bill. Each and every time they are beyond phenomenal. What’s most important to me? They know what they’re doing and they get the job right the first time. Pricing I feel is very fair for their quality of work. They can always get someone out to me in a very good amount of time. Water heater? They did it same day! I’ve had the same tech (Don) each time and he’s very friendly and very professional. Please don’t hesitate to use Solace. They were also referred to me from someone and sooo happy I listened. I have a new plumbing company for life. Also….a huge shout out to the owner- Bryan….who always takes my call and makes me feel like a valued customer! Amazing! 😃

Solace was very professional during the entire process to evaluate our heating issue and provide us with a more detailed analysis of the issue and what was needed to repair. They also presented various pricing estimates from which to make a choice on what option we thought worked best for us. Their cost was competitive (mainly lower) than other vendors. Their replies were timely and scheduling was easily made. Their team came on time and work was completed as expected. They cleaned up well, and took time to go over the newly installed system (we had decided to have both A\C and Furnace replaced). Definitely would recommend them.

Don always does a great job for us. He has been out to our home several times for different plumbing issues and has always resolved them. He has always been available when needed. I appreciate him very much.

Solace just installed two new HVAC systems for me. They truly deserve 5 stars - they were prompt, efficient, thorough, neat, and very pleasant at all times. They explained the reasons behind their recommendations, explained everything as they were doing it, and at the end cleaned up every bit of mess. I could not be happier!

Service call was scheduled very fast. Bryan was very thorough on diagnosing the problem and systematically went through reviewing all a/c components. When problem was found hen even had the part in his truck to replace the faulty part. Highly recommend Solace! Our problem was solved fast.

Don was great and very professional! He did a great job at explaining what happened to our older model water heater. He even tried to fix it but we ended up having to replace the unit. Luckily he was able to get all the items and replace the heater all within a few hours!

I called in the morning and they gave me an appointment for that same afternoon. From the moment he arrived, he had a bad attitude. He looked at the heater and said I needed a new one. He said this just by looking at it, that the damaged parts were no longer available. After that, he opened it and, in 2-3 minutes, confirmed what he had already told me. The price he gave me was quite high, and I told him I will give a call next days.

He told me that just for going I had to pay $184, which I was not informed about when making the appointment. I called the person with whom I made my appointment and she told me that there was indeed a charge, which I recommended that they confirm with the client before making the appointment and I’ll decide whether to schedule with them for that cost or not. Her response was, "If the customer doesn't ask, we have no reason to inform" To me, her response was rude and unfounded. I personally don't recommend it because of the terrible customer service this company offers.

I interviewed five HVAC companies and Solace by far was the most professional. Better pricing for an upscale unit and they know what they’re doing. The heater unit was installed in the garage. They did such a beautiful job making it look very clean . I just couldn’t believe it. Hands-down I would go with this company for any services they provide.
