We hired Solace Plumbing/Heating and Air to replace two air conditioners at our house. Bryan was our main contact and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He worked with Brandon and Barry and they were equally professional and knowledgeable. We are very happy that we hired Solace Plumbing/Heating and Air!

Don, from Solace, came out to fix my refrigerator waterline so I could have my new frig installed. Don was a pleasure, very friendly and worked hard. He also did a great job of cleaning up his messes. I called Solace because I met the owner's ex-wife on a layover at Phoenix PHX. She told me her ex-husband and I think one son ran the business and were honest and trustworthy. My bill was higher than I would expect. No doubt it was because I am in Irvine and they are out in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The upside was they were able to come out the same day I called.

I am really happy their service. Brandon arrived my house on time, kept very good communication with me before he arrived. After he inspected the heater, he gave me a full details and quote. He fixed the heater and tested it. After the job is done, he put everything back and kept clean. I definitely will ask him to fix my heater and do the plumping work in the future.

I texted Solace Plumbing at 6:50 AM. Didn't think I would get a response quick but within two minutes of my text I was called. I spoke to Brian and he said he would respond to look at my water heater that same morning. By 10:00 AM Brian showed up and we discussed options. I chose to get a tankless water heater. Brian said he could install it and I would have hot water by 3:00 that afternoon. Sure enough the job was completed on time. Their work was very professional. Brian was very polite, friendly and experienced. I was very satisfied with their service and the work product. I recommend Solace Plumbing.

Bryan came out the Saturday afternoon late on Thanksgiving weekend and saved the day. We had a bad plumbing leak in the house and he found it right away and fixed it. He's even sending a guy to repair the drywall. Top notch service and highly recommend.

SOLACE is a wonderful company. This is not the first time I have used them. Each time has been for a big tankless water replacement. They were so professional they were kind considerate very knowledgeable great Price Is I will definitely use them anytime. I have plumbing issues. It is a family run business. I have been using All City for all my plumbing needs for about 3 years now. Not once have I had any issues with service or getting a quick appointment. In early September I had what I thought was a small electrical issue. They sent Sergio the same day. He found the problem quickly. But I decided that I would like to have my electrical panel and all switches and plugs redone. That only took a day. After that I decided to redo all my recessed lighting. That was done within two days. Sergio took a lot of care and precision with all the work. I have not had any issues with anything. Even if I did, they guarantee that they will come back and fix the issue. I highly recommend All City. Their technicians are very knowledgeable, highly experienced, and very professional.

Andrew of All City plumbing was the best electrician I have ever had the pleasure of hiring to fix my power outage.

Andrew was able to repurpose a few of my switches and save me some money as well.

All City Plumbing did a great job clearing out a major pipe blockage for us. The tech, Jacob, took his time and was thorough in detecting the root cause. He went to multiple points and provided camera views. Once the issue was identified he did not stop until it was resolved. We’re very pleased with the work and highly recommend All City Plumbing, Air & Electrical.

We called tonight because our shower was filling with water, the toilet wasn’t flushing properly, and the tub was also filling up with water!!! Customer service at All City is amazing. They dispatched Willy within 30 minutes, and he is incredible!!! Very professional. He cleared out our main line. He is fantastic!! Definitely would use him and All City again. Gabriel came by to help us install a pressure regulator for our house. He was nice, knowledgeable, and professional. We had just bought this house and we didn't know where any of the water lines were. Gabriel was able able to find everything for us and installed the regulator quickly. We definitely want to have Gabriel come back and help us with our plumbing needs.
