I contacted Precision Plumbing Services Fort Collins for a minor tap repair. They treated it seriously despite being a small job. The technician double-checked fittings before leaving. It’s nice not hearing that drip anymore.

​The pool plumbing repair was done quickly and the technician was very friendly. He explained how to prevent similar leaks in the future by adjusting the winterization process. It was a very helpful consultation and a great overall experience.

​I had a consultation for some general upgrades and the plumber was very honest about what actually needed replacing. He didn't try to push a full plumbing pipe repair when a few simple fixes would do. I trust their evaluation and will call them back for future needs.

​We needed a tap repair for a very old pedestal sink in our powder room. Most companies told us to just buy a new sink, but Precision found the right parts to fix it. The plumber was very meticulous and made sure not to chip the porcelain. I really appreciate the extra effort they took to preserve the original fixture.

I had a very disappointing experience with Superior Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning. The owner was rude, lacked clear communication, and was not transparent throughout the process.
I called through my home warranty for what should have been a simple cartridge replacement in one of my bathrooms. Instead, the owner claimed I needed an unnecessary pipe modification and quoted me $450 out of pocket. This felt completely dishonest and like an attempt to upsell work that was not actually needed or covered.
Because of this experience, I requested that my home warranty company not send this contractor to my home again.
Another company came out afterward, provided an honest diagnosis, and completed the repair without any upselling. No cutting into my walls, no pipe modification, just a simple cartridge replacement, exactly what was needed from the start.
I do not recommend this company. If you’re using a home warranty, be cautious. This felt like a clear attempt to charge extra despite coverage.
