Fredy was outstanding. Customer friendly and constantly looked for solutions to our shower issue. He did great work.

The technician Daniel just fixed my heater issue by replacing the thermostat. I was so impressed with how quickly and efficiently this was taken care of and by someone who definitely knew what he was doing and was able to explain it in detail to me. I appreciated that he presented me with more than just one option and walked me through each one. Throughout the entire repair process, Daniel was patient, kind, and genuinely focused on ensuring that I felt comfortable with the decisions being made. My heater is now working perfect so a big thank you to Daniel with All City!

Our bathroom plumbing had a backup late Saturday night. I called All City and they were able to respond right away. Sergio Chavez did an amazing job! He showed me everything he was doing step-by-step so that I was informed the whole time. When he finished he made sure everything was cleaner than he found it. I highly recommend him and the company for your plumbing needs.

Tyler was amazing. He was very informative and helpful. My water heater was installed 2 days after being observed. Great service. Price is higher but you definitely want people that are knowledgeable and respectful doing these kinds of services so I had no issue paying a little more

Have used All City Plumbing on several occasions over the years and they have always been extremely reliable, communicative and transparent throughout the entire process and today has been no exception. Had to call all city plumbing out to my house today and technician Michael W. came to the service call. He was extremely professional and helpful through the entire process. Will continue to use their services for future needs, hopefully not for a long time! Thank you Michael, you rock!

I’ve used Scott Cole Plumbing many times in the past at my home and have had excellent service and skilled employees. This time it was Chris and Andy I think were their names. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend giving Scott a call for any plumbing issues.

Big shoutout to Joaquin and his team! Joaquin really goes above and beyond to keep communication clear and concise. His team was here the very next day and in a few hours they were able to address the issues and even had a cleaning crew with them to clean up after themselves. We had so many issues and this process is still ongoing but Joaquin is super patient in explaining things walking you thru everything they are doing and planning on doing. I cannot thank them enough for their hard-work. Would absolutely recommend

Our sewer line is giving us some problems and after meeting with 4 plumbers, All City was the last one to investigate and give an estimate.

Francisco inspected everything for free, stayed for 2 hours and was the most thorough inspection so far, as far as free estimates go. All other companies ran a camera only about 100-120ft in the sewer line but Francisco did the full 220 ft until he reached the city tie-in. I was impressed. No other inspector went that far. Because of that, he actually found other cracks other guys didn't see. The estimate/quote seemed very reasonable too, almost too good to be true. I haven't made my decision yet as of writing this review but they're definitely on top of the list so far.

Luis was very helpful and knowledgeable from beginning to end. The issue we had needed immediate attention and I had someone at my house wishing in two hours of calling the company for an appointment. Luis made the whole experience great and was able to fix the issue we had within 42 hours. I would definitely recommend. Being a new homeowner can be stressful especially when it comes to fixing issues that our out of our control and going to be expensive. Finding a trusting company and not getting over charged is important. All city pluming was the first business that popped up while I researched and they did not disappoint. Thank you for the all the hard work Luis, it was not a small job. His positive attitude made this stressful situation a little better.

Gabriel did an awesome job explaining what we needed. He drove all the way to Rancho Cucamonga during Sunday rush-hour and back to our house in Highland on the same day just to make sure our job got done and we had hot water for Monday morning. Above and beyond. Gabriel is a young man with character who cares about his work and the reputation of his company.

I needed a plumber call several ones and All City was available same day, told me it would be a few hours, however surprised me and said that they would arrive much earlier than estimated like two hours earlier. Met with Carlos F. and he said the job could be done but not today (that was unfortunate for me). He arrived at the scheduled time, had all the tools and parts. Worked diligently quietly and clean. He was so quiet that I had to check in with him time to time to see if he was alright.
He finished the job No leaks and water flowing freely..

Top notch service. I called the morning after a major leak (Felice L's house). It was easy to pre-schedule with the computer aided system. I got a confirmation call back shortly after. Jacob A came out, assessed the issue, and explained what repair had to be done. He checked (and double checked) after the repairs were completed and checked all the bathrooms after he turned the water back on. Great attention to detail.

Andrew with All City Plumbing, Air, and Electrical gave us excellent service on our electrical work. He replaced three outlets and updated our circuit breaker panel with care and professionalism. We truly appreciate the quality of his work and look forward to calling Andrew back for our next project.

I have to take a moment to share the gratitude we had for the service performed in our house by all city plumbing. We had our main waterline cracked due to roots and the team that came out here to replace it were so kind and worked so hard to make sure everything was clean and done right. Gustavo L, Jacob P, Michael, W, and Xavier R, were so professional and knowledgeable. I have to say that through this trial for us they made the experience an incredibly positive one. I recommend this team to everybody!

Sergio Chavez was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining our options, in the end we chose to do a whole house repipe. Starts tomorrow so I will provide an update once they are finished. Their pricing seems a little high so more to follow on that also.

Can’t really determine the rating until they are finished so middle of the scale for now.

Job - whole house repipe. 2500 sq/ft, 2 stories, 3 baths.

Main contact, Sergio Chavez - 5 stars. He was professional, knowledgeable, explained the process and kept us informed of the progress and next steps.

Crew - 4 stars. They were polite, professional, worked hard and knew their stuff. However not without issues. See below.

Price - 1 star. 35k for a whole house repipe is exorbitant. Even if materials have increased as they say, this job is 70% labor. So unless they are paying their crew $150 an hour this is just price gouging. We had an active slab leak and felt we had no choice. Also no discount for senior citizens on fixed income.

Issues - while they worked hard, they did break a potted plant on the porch and a vase on the dining table, got orange foam on one of my wife’s blouse, re-hooked the hot/cold lines backwards on the clothes washer and didn’t reconnect the dryer vent hose (twice, once by the plumbers and once by the drywall crew). I fixed those issues myself.
