Wonderful experience for this first time client - I called them and they were onsite within two hours, quickly and professionally diagnose the issue and provided repair options that could be performed same-day. Pricing was great, my technician Orlando was extremely helpful and communicative, and I was very impressed with the service overall. Highly recommend! We’ll definitely be calling them in the future if we have any other issues.

Nicholas was running a little behind, but he was fast, friendly, informative and paid attention to the importance of my time while he was working. He didn't seem to mind me asking questions and was quick to offer useful advice. First Class wasn't the cheapest I found for a service, but the flat rate fee schedule and how close they were to my home seemed like a good choice. I'm happy with the service I received.

This was my 1st time using Solace. The technician,Barry, that showed up was on time and very professional. He was there to do a check up and service on my furnace.He took the time to explain everything in detail to me. It was refreshing to deal with someone that was not in a hurry and seemed to truly care about his profession and the customer.

Brandon came by to check our air conditioner and did an excellent job. He explained everything clearly and even followed up afterward to ensure everything was still working well.

Our central air broke down late on a Saturday and it was a very hot day. My wife has health issues where elevated temperatures can be dangerous. I called a number of other HVAC repair companies that either were closed for the day, or could not come to the home until the next week (or later). At about 9pm I tried Solace Plumbing Heating And Air and Barry answered. After explaining the situation, without hesitation Barry told me he would be here in 15 minutes (even though he was off work and at his home at the time). Within 10 minutes, Bryan arrived. He too was off work and finishing dinner with his wife. Barry arrived 5 minutes later. It didn't take long for the two of them to dive in and diagnose the problem, explain what parts failed, and what needed to be done. Within an hour they had the repairs and additional maintenance completed. The system was back up and running. Words cannot express how impressive Solace was in reacting to our needs. Barry and Bryan are not only knowledgeable, efficient and professional, but were willing to go above and beyond. THIS is what customer service is all about.

Solace is the perfect name for this heating, plumbing, and air company. Bryan and Brandon answered our call for help with our 2014 Lennox AC system and thermostat with emphathy, honesty, and expertise. After an extensive search consisting of five companies seeking to find a knowledgeable and dependable technician to help our family stay cool before the heat struck this week, they were absolutely the very best! Other companies tried to pitch an expensive sale/fix or diagnose the issue incorrectly. However, Solace got the job done right at a reasonable price! We highly recommend them for your AC needs! We definitely plan to stay with Solace for our AC issues and maintenance. The Good: They were quickie mart, same day, right in the middle of the heat, while everybody else was offering next week at the earliest. Pick up my issue fixed and gave some suggestions for future maintenance.

The Bad: I mean it’s not necessarily bad but it wasn’t cheap. If you want good service, you have to pay for it and I got good service. They were very kind, very professional, and honest. I would recommend them.

The Ugly: the shame on my face when I cleaned out my air system. It was so dirty and let me know it was the dirtiest they had seen today.

The Summary: air-conditioning is cooling my house now, and my family is no longer drowning in our own sweat. So thumbs up.

The plumber arrived and declared the faucet unfixable, suggesting a new one. Although he said if it was him, he wouldn't charge me, but his supervisor asked for a $99 charge. Overpriced for little work. This, from the same company that installed our tankless water system very reasonably.

Brian and his team are fantastic! With rental property in the Inland Empire, I need a professional team who could share information with me, ensure that the right fixes were made and done timely and at a decent cost. I appreciate the responsiveness of the team and how detailed they have been in their quotes. I would highly recommend this team and have saved their number for the future. So far, they have done 3 jobs for me and consulted with my family on current jobs. Go with this company - you won't regret it!

We are so happy with this company. I spoke to Barry and he was very honest and straight forward to talk to. I was able to make an appointment the next day! Barry took time to be there and check on the problem. He explained to me the least and worse case scenario of the gas leak problem that we were having. His technician - Don was very experienced and knew what he was doing. We will definitely use them again next time.

Barry, his boys, and Don are awesome! Been using this company for over 20 years and they are the best. Great family owned business with professional service providers. Whenever I have the chance they are the first company I recommend for any plumbing, heating, and air service. This company lives up to its name and was truly my solace when my water heater recently broke and needed replacement. I will say that they are not the cheapest you can find but I prefer quality service and products over a few dollars and cents. You will definitely not be disappointed going with this crew! Highly recommend Solace. This is the 2nd time they've done work at our house. Don fixed the plumbing issue we had. Would gladly request their services again if another issue came up.

Barry was very professional and saved us from a financial hardship we didn’t need that other companies tried to upsell us on. Barry was able to address our AC unit repairs within a few hours. We are lucky to have found an AC company we can trust to do the right thing.

Branden was professional and efficient. During our first appointment, the area experienced a power outage. He kindly offered his cell phone number in the event the power was restored that day.
On the second visit, he arranged payment with the landlord and made the repair as scheduled. I would definitely recommend.

I called Solace to fix a leaking toilet tank at the home where my 18 year old daughter resides. I did this for a simple fix as my partner and I were out the country and he could not fix the issue himself at the time The technician was at my home for approximately 20 mins. They changed the flapper, fill valve and chain. At no time did the technician tell my daughter what the price would be until he rang her up.

It was $573 for this service, my daughter charged it to my credit card.

My daughter called me immediately after and asked if that was high. I said of course it was. So I called them, from out of country, mind you, to take care of this. The man I spoke to said like of yeah that was a mistake and told me I was credited $209 and that it would take 8-10 business days for the charge to reverse.

I had to call to catch this. Imagine if I had not. I would have been overcharged.

I had to call again to get the actual receipt
from the service as the technician got our email wrong. Funny set of coincidences right?

Btw the charge was on November 8th. It is now the 22nd. The charge has not been reversed.

I would not recommend this company.

Barry was a life saver! Showed up when expected, retrieved parts quickly, and had us cooling in no time! No attempt to up sale, just did a little maintenance that we didn’t (included in pricing he gave us)!
