Had a good experience with Manuel and First Class Plumbing. Break in the main line into the elderly in-law's house and they were the only company to come out on a Sunday out of 3 companies that were contacted. Did the work for the price quoted which was competitive based on what was told to us by a general contractor friend we should expect to pay. Only took a star off due to the fact that it took longer than was told (almost a whole day), but rainy conditions probably hampered their progress. Everyone from First Class we had contact with was friendly and accommodating!

First Class Plumbing was first class. Justin Davis sent me a text on his ETA and he arrived on time. He explained what and how he was going to do to help eliminate the plumbing issues. Randy arrived shortly afterwards and they both worked together to identify, confirmed and agreed on the solution. They made sure the customer was involved during the entire process and answering any questions. The mission was accomplished and the pricing was very fair. I would recommend them the next time you need plumbing maintenance or have a plumbing issue. Thank you First Class Plumbing!

Exceptional Service!

I couldn't be more satisfied with this company’s service. We had an emergency situation at the office and called in urgency as we couldn’t use our toilets with a loaded schedule of clients to attend to. The team arrived shortly after we called and they got straight to it. The entire process was smooth and professional. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable plumbing services.

Exceptional service! I had a main line sewer break that could have been catastrophic . First class plumbers ended up restoring my water service quickly .The plumbers that came to my house were prompt professional and their expertise was phenomenal . They navigated through some complex root removal and did some major pipe replacement and also fixed some chronic Plumbing issues that I had in the past . After seeing them do all that work I was nervous to say the least about the pricing I kept asking them questions they were very courteous and transparent throughout the whole process.They saved me from a potential $10,000 disaster 5 out of 5 stars. Man I can honestly say this is the first time that I've ever dealt with any company when it comes to the repairs and services that I didn't have any problems with. Wow! Thank you guys !!!!!

Long story short , my worst fears were realized and I needed to replace the main sewer line. They did a fast and thorough job, including updates and clean ups.

I need to add a follow up which has me disappointed-someone told me that it might be possible to get reimbursed by riverside city so I sent First Class an email asking for photos and any advice/experience they might have working with the city. I received some photos but nothing else. Two subsequent emails have gone unanswered.

Called First Class Plumbing, for the first time. I had a toilet backing up and needed help. I will spare you all the details!
Called to schedule an appointment, Valerie was very helpful and scheduled me for 2pm to 4pm same day. The tech. called me about 30 min. in advance and said he was in route to my location. He actually showed up early. Rich (Tech.)was very professional. Diagnosed the problem, informed me as to what it would take to clear the problem and the price. Guess what, didn't try to give me an inflated price, like every other plumber that I have used before. (Very Reasonable)
Rich fixed the problem quickly, and everyone was happy.

Great Company! Really went out of the way to make sure I was fully satisfied. Have used them several times before and recommend them to all my real estate clients. The owner Mark and his Lead Daniel are the best at what they do!

The plumber was very professional, yet charming! Got the job done in no time... pricing was reasonable! Will most definitely call 1st Class again! And, the customer service woman I initially spoke with was excellent!

I made an appointment with First Class Plumbing and Rooter on Sunday and was able to get scheduled for the next day Monday. Wanted a follow up and check on work I had done by First Class Plumbing back on March '2024. I appreciated the work done back then by Danny B. and Carlos to fix a few problems with my toilet. Danny B. showed up on Monday within the time frame specified. He checked and made some adjustments to resolve a small issue I had noticed the past few weeks with my toilet. I appreciated the checking Danny did in such a short time to resolve the issue. I also asked advice on something plumbing related that I may do in the future for preventive maintenance and he shared his thoughts with me and gave me information which I appreciated. I have been satisfied with the work Danny B. has provided and recommend him for plumbing work needed. His professionalism, knowledge and good disposition are qualities he has that customers look for. I believe he is an asset to First Class Plumbing and Rooter represents the company well in the plumbing work he does.

They couldn't fix the problem because it was a big problem for apartment complex . So they was so nice and didn't charge me after try to fix it they spent there time and didn't charge me a come out fee or anything I appreciate good people like this as a single mom money is very tight so I take it as a blessing

The plumber did not have a snake to clean out the pipe at ground level and said someone would be out Tuesday finish and pick up check. Thanks also the old pipe he left.

First Class had rerouted my kitchen sewer line a few years ago. Today we noticed signs that it may be getting clogged. I called First class and they came out, confirmed my suspicions and cleared the line. Only took like 30 min at most. Thank you First Class.

Starting from calling in for much needed same day service, I got a caring young lady on the phone who gave me excellent customer service. Sorry, I don't remember her name.
Within a little over an hour I had a plumber here .
Oscar was so professional and friendly.
He explained everything to me that needed to be done and gave me a quote.
When Oscar and Robert explained about additional repairs that is needed, they kindly recommended the repairs and didn't get pushy on getting them done now.
My plumbing issue was resolved with a affordable price. Definitely will be using First Class Plumbing for all my Plumbing needs.

Justin Davis was professional, honest and reliable. He worked to get my mainline unclogged before my July 4th party.He came to my home quickly saw the problem, and he called the supervisor to unclog the drain the same day. He also explained that the buildup from ( in my case) 12 years of drain use happens this was helpful for me to make the decision to get the hydro jet service. Thanks for an excellent experience.
