Alex has done such a great job for installing state of art leak-detection systems on my 66 years old house with multiple odd additions. Most of all, Alex was able to locate the main water line faucet, on which all 3 previous plumbers couldn’t.

And, I am so happy and 100% relieved by his dedicated customer-oriented quality work in timely manner. Alex is the best plumber, who I have ever had in past 30 years.

Cisneros Brothers Plumbing came through for us again! Our shower handle stopped working and our technician Jacob came out same day and got everything repaired! The shower handle now looks better than before and we are super happy with the service. We would 100% recommend Jacob and Cisneros Brothers Plumbing!

I was having issues with my toilet backing up. I called Cisneros Brothers and Jacob came out on time and he was friendly. There was no access to run the drain cable so Jacob added a clean out for easy access to the drain in the future. Daniel also came out to run a camera through the drain line. Great job Jacob and Daniel, I will be calling Cinseros Brothers in the future to hydro jet my drain line.

Daniel Jennings did an excellent job repairing our drain. He took the time to clearly explain the issue and went above and beyond by inspecting other potential plumbing problems without being asked. His professionalism and thoroughness were much appreciated. Highly recommend!

Charged $50 for nothing, can’t find the problem, did not fix anything, but still ask for $1400 to finish his job, his only purpose is not to solve the problem but ripoff our money, I would give zero star! Luckily we found someone else charged $300 to finish the job that day.

I called three different companies on a Friday after 6pm.
Option One was they only company that agreed to come out to assess the situation.

The technician, Travis was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
He assessed the leak on a 1 and 1/4 inch pvc ball valve.

It was repaired in a timely manner.
Travis saved,the day and our Avocado orchard.

I highly recommend Option One!

Armando with Option One was fantastic! He went above and beyond when we needed a water leak detection device installed. He explained in detailed how our current water system works and even helped us figure out that our current water system wasn't functioning correctly and troubleshooted for us.

Friendly, timely service. Not cheap by historical standards in a cost per hour terms, but they are very professional. They repaired a small leak in the hot water line in our garage. The work was quick, to the point, and they cleaned up nicely when done. This is my second fix of this kind - and Option One Plumbing was almost instantaneous compared to DR Horton's very measured response in Rosena Ranch (when under warranty - which cost me nothing) - though the DR Horton vendors did excellent work too. I'm keeping Option One in my vendor list for now because of their overall customer service from intake to job completion. I will monitor the degree the repair lasts. I didn't read the fine print but was told the work has a 2 year warranty.

We were in need of service in a big way. Your response times were excellent. Brandon arrived within the given window and diagnosed the issue. He explained what was necessary to correct the problem and acted accordingly. I called for service at 8:30 am and was up and running at 1;30 pm. Well done Option One.

Daniel arrived on a timely manor for my water pressure issue and was very professional. He explained the problem and options for fixing the problem. He exceeded his expectations, his professionalism and communication were excellent, he listened to my concerns and explained the problem and solution clearly. He had a great attitude.
