The crew from Option One were AWESOME! Complete, total replacement of 70 year old water and sewer lines in just 72 hours.
The foreman, Travis, is an exceptional young man, he is to be commended and his crew was phenomenal. They went above and beyond what I had even expected. He even went so far as to install a new kitchen faucet that I had previously purchased, and installed it for me at no additional charge, as he was completing the kitchen portion of the repipeing job.
These guys were courteous, professional, hardworking and had great attitudes. They were definitely a blessing to me. I would absolutely recommend Option One Plumbing to any of my family and friends, should they ever have need for a PROFESSIONAL plumbing contractor.

Option One Plumbing has always been our go to plumbing company for many years now. They always do great work and provide superior service. From the full re-pipe we had done a few years ago to the recent water leak detection device we needed installed they always show up on time (even early) and do the best work. The service Plumber Dean did a great job installing the device and Brennan the supervisor was very helpful with getting everything set up and making sure we were happy with the work that was done. I highly recommend Option One Plumbing and I will always refer my friends when they ask if I know a good plumber.

Travis, Jayson, Jacob and the other guys that helped them did an awesome and amazing job.They were clean,quick and good in doing a big job. They worked together to help our family get a main pipe fixed and got us water to the house again. Living in a 100+ year old home made it look simple for them. Ask for these guys to do your issues and they will make your problems and worries go away. GREAT job guys.

If you are a business owner and need their W9, DON'T PAY them until they give you their W9. We were going to hold off on payment until they provided the W9, but they assured us that they would provide it to us. I personally called three times, and my dad had previously called another three times - he provided his email all the times he called. Waste of time and energy trying to get the W9. NEVER AGAIN will we use them. When I called, first, they said they would send it. The second time they said that they had the wrong email. The third time they said they typically don't provide it to just anyone - well we paid over $12K, we are not just anyone. We only used them since our tenant selected them. So business owners, don't pay them until they provide the W9. Waste of time and energy dealing with them.

They were both knowledgeable and thorough in explaining each step by step and recommended best practices to keep my plumbing flowing flawlessly. I have total and complete confidence in Option One Plumbing! Support local family businesses! My 60 plus year old house has a cast iron drain pipe. I asked Jayson to do a complimentary camera inspection which showed my pipes having "issues". He suggested getting the drain pipe lined before it was too late and showed me the pictures and video of the pipe. Not that I wanted to spend the bucks but Jayson made a very fair estimate with a 50 year warranty. The day of the relining Carlos supervised the install of the brushed on epoxy drain liner and kept me posted along the way.
I LOVE this company, the communication, the follow-up, and the quality of their work. I now have peace of mind that I won't have to worry about future drain pipe issues. THANK YOU Jayson and Carlos.

Kyle, a wonderful technician, came to our home to tighten a downspout faucet that was wobbly for our soaking tub in the master bath.
He was on time, polite and informative and got the job done quickly and cleaned up the area nicely.

Such great service! I really enjoyed working with Larry, William, Jackson and other guy. I am so sad I forgot his name. These guys were friendly, great communicators, meticulous and clean. They everything spotless and in great working order.

William was great at providing a very detailed explanation of all my issues and provided well throughout solution that he explained in simple terms.

I can not tell you how awesome this company is. Originally came out to check leaking from our toilet well turned out it was a sewer problem so Jayson explained it all to us and told us we needed new piping underground so we had to put in a new sewer line. Ruben was the project manager and I can only say that he was awesome always explaining things to us keeping us up to date on the progress. Ruben was here until late in the evening on Friday to make sure we would be able to use our water and toilets. He even surprised us on Friday evening by buying two new rose bushes and 7 bags of matching mulch. We told him he did not have to do that but his response was it was the least he could do after tearing up the yard. Not only did he buy the roses he even stayed late on Friday evening to put them in! He came back on Monday to finish up flattening the dirt and even taking the time to add the mulch in to make the yard nice. The rose bushes he bought us are the small white ones in front on the last picture thank you to all the guys who helped with the process. Sorry don’t know all your names.

My technician Fernando at Option One Plumbing just left and he was outstanding!!!! Quick honest funny and down to earth with affordable price. I'm so grateful. My one year old granddaughter had put something in the toilet and it had been jammed for a few days now. Mannnn, Fernando came in & took care of the issues within minutes of arrival . Option One is a great company to use when you need great plumbing services. Brandon was a huge help. He was able to come in and fix our damaged pipe quickly. He was very friendly and did a great job helping us out in a pinch.

I’ve used this company before for drain cleaning, and all went well, but this time was frustrating. I was charged $50 for a diagnostic on my water heater and never got a clear explanation of the issue. I called twice for clarification and never heard back. They quoted $1,000 for labor and $3,000 for a new unit with labor, but the fix ended up being $10. If you’re going to charge for a diagnostic, at least explain what’s actually wrong instead of just recommending a new unit. Would not recommend.

Noah went above and beyond. I am happy with the service since we needed this done in time for the holidays. Noah was very flexible and accommodating. Update: There was an issue with the previous toilet. I reached out to the Manager Brennan and he was fantastic! I really appreciate the customer service and follow through. We were able to collaborate, come to a fair solution, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the work. The technician Jacob and Casey were excellent, professional, and super accommodating. I would thoroughly recommended this company. I will share Option One by name and utilize their services again, should the need arise.
