Got quick, and efficient service when our hot water heater decided to stop working on Christmas Eve. Danny, Tanner, and Henry were excellent! Price was higher than competitors, but they replaced everything and left the system upgraded from what it was!

I called them at 10 AM they said they will be there at 11:00 AM and they showed up on time and job was done by 4:00 PM same day. That is First Class Service.

I had a leak in the plumbing in the wall while it was pouring rain outside and Rick was knowledgeable, fast and friendly. He had it fixed in a few hours

I want to say is that First Class step in right when I needed them. They took charge and made me feel comfortable. When you wake up to a pipe leak call on First Class you want be disappointed.

A/C Tune-up was done properly. Luke was thorough and didn't mind me looking over his shoulder while he worked and explained, in detail, about what he was doing. I am pleased that I had First Class Plumbing and A/C come out.

Although our technician didn’t arrive until an hour past his expected time – maybe due to a miscommunication between the office and the field, we were finally told what we needed to hear. A rocking toilet means the new flooring is too low and so the flange is now too high. Oh no! Thank you for telling it to us straight, Edgar. We appreciate you. Now we have to wait until Monday to address this problem. Not easy with a 94 year old mother. What’s it going to cost?

Gonzalo identified and showed us the problem, explained in details what options we can take and deli gently finished his job. He is respectful and patient in all our inquiries.

I called First Class and they sent Christian out in three hours on a Sunday. The news was the worst case scenario; we needed an entirely new HVAC system. Christian explained the issues very thoroughly and answered our questions. He was very patient and polite.and helped me to make my selection for a high efficiency system. The financing was easy and quick. By Tuesday afternoon, the new system was in. We’re very happy with everything from start to finish.

First Class Plumbing was able to schedule the initial service call to my elderly mother's home on the same morning. Justin arrived & after explaining that there was a possibility of a leak due to an extremely high water bill. Justin worked on isolating the areas In & around the home. After waiting a day to determine if any visible water could be found, Randy returned to follow up and after pressurized water testing each separate area. Randy determined that there was no water leaking that could cause the water bill to be as high as it was. Randy & his co worker were extremely patient, understanding & very professional in their knowledge and expertise. Justin was also great when he initially started the service call.
I recommend First Class Plumbing and if I am ever in need for any Plumbing services they will definitely be my first & only call! Did I mention they provide free estimates!!

Excellent service from First Class Plumbing. Chance was friendly fast and efficient. I was very satisfied with the work and how prompt the response was after my initial request.

I gave 2 stars just because they sent better guys, Alejandro Rios to correct the job the next day, else would be 1 star. I called the company around 11am. The technician came at 4pm and took a few hours before give me an estimate because he broke my pvc pipe and had to fix it first. By then, it got very late. The estimate was $1,100 which I think was very expensive but had to do it because I needed water and he promised to get it done that night. After a few more hours of "waiting for parts", the repair crews came and started working around 8pm. At one point there were 4 company's trucks at my house. At around 10pm, they informed me that they couldn't do it (picture 2 and 3) and need to do more work which will cost an extra $2,600 because my pipe is bad, and it had to be done the next day. My husband even suggested to them to just solder the copper pipes, but they said they couldn't do it. I then told them to do the $1,100 jobs that they gave an estimate only, if they couldn't do it then just canceled the job. They said they could do it but had to be the next day around 9am because it was too late at night now. We had no choice but to stay without water that night. The next day, I called the company around 9am and I was told that a new crew, Alejandro, would come soon. He came around 10am. Without me saying anything much, he looked at the job and started removing all the previous crew's repair and redo the repair(pic 4) by just simply solder the copper pipes and finished it in less than an hour. We appreciate his work in day 2 but not the first day jobs. I still think 1,100 was too expensive for the repair, can't even think about another $2,600 that they wanted me to pay for horrible 1st day unfinished job. Look at the pictures and decide if the cost should cost $1,100. Also, the price includes leak detection but forget it. Won't let them do anymore work even if they detect any leak.

FCP&R was surprisingly efficient in cutting drywall openings, repiping, installing new TWH and Halo water filter on day one, patched, filled, smoothed and textured drywall, and installed TWH electrical receptacle on day two.
Two weeks later after I repainted walls, and at my request, Eric and David installed recirculating pump and leveled a copper pipe.
One last item awaiting parts to replace bath drain plug and overflow cover.

It totally put me at ease knowing not only did I call the right company for the job , the employees were basically tag teaming to fix my horrible problem . They are saints in my book . I couldn’t afford to pay up front they were quick to offer financing on the spot to ensure my family an I would be able to sleep without having to worry about the water oozing up from the shower an toilet backing up all over my home . It took them a bit longer due to my neighbors inconsiderate actions turning on her water causing the guys to sink deeply into a muddy situation. They kept THIER cool remained professional waited for the mud to dry a bit an went straight back to work .They were so polite I’ve not had the pleasure of having so many people work on my home be so kind JESUS WAS EVEN LATE TO HIS IWN SONS BABY SHOWER RO ENSURE THE JOB WAS COMPLETE !!!!

Although pricey you definitely get your moneys worth as well as peace of mind
High quality service with cleanliness picking up behind themselves .They put everything back where they found it made it look nice and neat .

They did on a timely manner. I would recommend First Class Plumbing & AC to anyone they are amazing.

They seem to be very knowledgeable and they Came a few hours after I called. They replaced An old pressure valve and rerouted shut off Valve. Replaced shut off valve under my sink. Very friendly crew. Wasn’t expecting to spend that much, but it had to be done. Over $2000. Give me a flat Price for both jobs. No breakdown on receipt of parts and labor charges. I think I was overcharged. But I was in a bind.
