They came to install a dishwasher and now we have a dishwasher thats too small and wood flooring pullef up because they damaged it more moving the dishwashers , now we need a bigger floor repair. They also stood me up one Saturday , show up without appointments, and showed up to this last one a full hour past the window they gave us at 7 pm, said theyd be back in the morning to fix the floor ,havent heard from them since. Horrible service.

Zero stars. They left a hole in the wall of my shower and said they would be back the next day, but never showed up. When I called the landlord, the work order was closed as completed/finished. Most unprofessional company I've ever had to do business with.

Didn't show up on the day they were scheduled. When they rescheduled for the next day, they showed up an hour early when I wasn't expecting them. Then they scheduled a time for a city inspector to check their work. The inspector didn't show up on the day I was told by them, so I asked them what was going on. They said that the inspector was no longer going to show up that day, but rather the next.

I have been staying home from work wasting so much time waiting around my house for this incompetent business. Find a business that's organized, communicative, and respectful of their customers.

If i could rate them no stars i would. This company is so sloppy and unprofessional they really don’t care about their quality of work or keeping customers happy. You can see how unprofessional they are did not bother to put up protective barriers inside my home. Made a mess all over filled everything with debris. When told why they didn't protect my stuff they claimed to have door closed and did not think that dust had escaped i had came up and door was not closed. Keep in mind i had all my baby stuff here breast pumps, bottles pacifiers tooth brushes everything unusable. When brought to project managers attention he didn’t even bother to take my call. Sent him a message very upset and did not respond. Prior to all this i had even asked if i needed to take out my shelf. Guy said no. Pictures speak for themselves every thing ruined so please do not waste your money and find someone who actually knows how to do their job and cares about your home.

We had a new tankless water heater installed by Robert and Johnathan, they arrived on time and had the job completed in a timely manner with no issues. Very friendly crew and would recommend them to others for your plumbing needs.

I used Precision Plumbing Services Fort Collins for pipe repair behind a wall. The technician located the leak with minimal disruption. Repairs were completed and the area left clean. Follow-up advice was helpful.

​The water heater installation was a big job but the crew made it look easy. They were very organized and kept their tools contained to one area of the basement. I am very satisfied with the results and the consistent temperature we are getting now.

Great service and on time, prices are so reasonable compare to other companies that we called, also they did extra Work at no charge as a gift to our new house.

They made the appt the day before,,they called 45min after appt time to try and reschedule for next day, i had to call them several times asking if if someone was going to make it, they said yes, now its into after hour rates.its now 20:00 08:00 at night, no show, great way to do business, i dont recommend this company..

I wad at work & this guy was working for our company. The guy was so rude, we asked him to move his vehicle up so we could get around him & he was reluctant. He asked us why we couldn't go back the way we came from & told him that we were trying but we needed him to move forward. He had a stank attitude & hopefully we don't use is services again.
