I swear this is the most unprofessional in apt repair service I have ever dealt with first they told me my unit is under warranty then they called me back and tell me it isn’t then they called me back and told me let me find out I had to call these people to days in a row for different times and they never got back with me I took the thing apart myself and I repaired the item that was broken in under 10 minutes and they wanted to charge me $350 what a rip off the two girls that work there were is brain-damaged is brain damage could be

Absolutely terrible service. I have been waiting since November to have my microwave repaired. Each time they come out they state an additional part is needed. Nothing but excuses.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I called for service for my ice o matic, the representative was very rude. She said if you don't like our service you can go somewhere else. Very bad service.

Our stove had no power after been disconnected tried to phone but long waits so sent email and no reply in 2 days Managed to book online Technician nice enough guy but $138 service fee spend about half and hour and don’t fix the oven even though was working before Stated he could not fix re wiring issue then charged me another $61 because he took longer doing a computer search I was not pleased and told him but no response Had to get another electrician the next day and he i fixed the issue in 15 minutes and the oven is working perfectly This is one of the only companies that doesn’t automatically send you a follow up to rate service hence my posting here I would not recommend to use this company unless you know for sure it is an actual failure of the internals of the unit This was a total waste of time and money
