The rebuild on the unit is working very well, the only issue we have is after repeated request via text and email we were supposed to get a return label for the core in order to “activate the warranty” these went unanswered after repeated promises to send the return label for the core

Right when I thought all was lost with my older rv fridge, you guys came through with a matching unit and got it shipped out in a few days. The refurbed unit looks great, install was easy and it is working perfectly. I highly recommend you guys to anyone looking for help in getting their RV fridge going again.

We’ve used Cool Fun several times and had nothing but a great experience. Chris is very helpful, is always a phone call away, and very knowledgeable. Not a lot of people nowadays with RV knowledge so it’s nice to find a business that knows what they are talking about. 10 out of 10!

I had a problem with my motorhome refrigerator here in Chile, a friend of mine gave me de number of this company and im contact them to explain the problem, they very fast in a video call phone Christopher found the problem, and the trouble was the cool unit, he take care everything and he sent me the cool unit to South America Chile, now my refrigerator works likes new. Thank U so very much Chris.

We have worked with them in the past and no issues at all, we have had a cooling unit on order for about a month now and continue to get the run around on shipping issues and cannot get it shipped due to too many parts to go out. I understand employee shortages and being busy, but when we continue to call and get the same response over and over or them not calling us back is very unprofessional. We will not use them again. Sorry

Their customer service is absolutely terrible. We ordered a cooling unit for our jayco rv. It took 2 months to ship and we had to call twice to check the status. They charged our card when we ordered, not when the item shipped, and no the charge wasn't pending, the transaction posted when we ordered. After we replaced the unit, we didn't have the paperwork we needed, even though we paid for return shipping. We called to get the correct paperwork, she said she would talk to her boss and call back, she never did. We called again she told us we didn't pay for return shipping. She said she'd ask her boss so I stayed on hold while she asked. She gave me a bunch of attitude and finally said she would email the label. I told her I wouldn't be recommending the business to anyone, with attitude she said "I don't care." I told her she a lot of attitude for customer service. She said "No, you do." Very worst I have ever been treated as a paying customer. Do not use this business!!
