I just had a deep cleaning done. I had to jump on right away to leave a review. One word: AMAZING. I am so thankful for the professionalism of the team that came out. Our home has never been cleaner. The price was reasonable considering how messy our home had gotten with three little girls on the loose!

Maids 2000 was amazing, they are so wonderful and the appointment process is so simple. I love how clean my home is after Maids 2000 came. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs cleaning services for their houses. Thank you Chanel for establishing such a great company!

Adriana and Karina were my 1st time cleaners. They did an amazing job! My house has never been so clean! I am looking forward to having them come to my home bi monthly. I initially loved how they cleaned but then they started doing subpar work. I kept having to check up on if they thoroughly cleaned shelves and the bathroom. I ended up asking for a weekly cleaning to ensure that the house was clean but even then they just skirted around most areas and only cleaned what was visible. They wouldn’t move the products in the shower. They wouldn’t clean under rugs under the couch or my desk in my office. Seems they just cleaned briefly. Disappointed cuz I liked them initially. The photos are how they left many surfaces when they stated they were completely done cleaning

I recently purchased a brand new home & needed everything cleaned. They were on time, very nice, got right to work & cleaned absolutely everything. Even things I forgot about doing. I couldn't be happier with the job they did & it was very responsible. Definitely hiring them again.

We wanted a deep clean to be followed by regularly scheduled cleaning. Both are amazing. My wife and I have hired cleaning people and cleaning companies in the past. None of them come even close to being as good as Maids2000. Virus protocols they use, quality of cleaning, caliber of employees, and customer service if we have any questions or special requests are all outstanding. We have never had so much as a minor disappointment, and have no complaints about this company.

Wonderful! The customer service is amazing. I left a request for estimate through the website and within a day I had someone come to my house, give me an estimate, and first cleaning scheduled. Even better than the customer service is the efficient cleaning job. Things I would never have thought needed to be cleaned are shining! Another great thing is they offer additional cleaning services too: window, stove, fridge. Cooking a lot my stove was starting to look a little sad, however after getting it cleaned it looked like new again! Wonderful people doing a wonderful job.

I called this company to find someone to help my disabled and elderly grandmother get her home into shape for her mental well being and Maids2000 really came through for us. Star was very helpful, kind and patient while I explained the situation and sent someone out the very next day. I couldn't be there but according to my grandmother the two ladies Irma and Maria were very professional and non judgemental to my grandmother's situation as she cannot clean well herself. They were focused on the job and in the end my grandmothers house received a good thorough cleaning. She told me she can breathe easier now and already feels more restful and at peace in her now clean home. So thank you for doing this for her in such a timely manner. We are truly grateful.

This was one of the most convenient and easiest experiences ever. Someone came by my house and gave me an estimate day after I called them. Also they were able to fit me in their schedule the same week. My house looks perfect and they assured me if there was anything I didn't like they would come in and fix if. I am beyond satisfied with my cleaning. Thank you Maids 2000!

Called on a Monday to get a quote for a deep cleaning on my home since it has been quite a while. Star was able to get a team of ladies to come out on Wednesday. They came and were able to get the house remarkably clean, especially the showers, which had built up a good layer of soap scum and hard water deposits.

They are definitely not inexpensive, but I would say worth it for getting a deep clean done.

They charge hourly for deep cleaning and Star gave a good estimate, it came in right at what she quoted.

The receptionist, Estrella, answers the phone with a very friendly and positive attitude every time I call. She always gets me scheduled for a cleaning to be done within a week of me calling and she does so very quickly and efficiently.

Lupe & Irina did a fantastic job on our home. Cleaned everything even thing you forget to clean like the top of the kitchen cabinets! Super friendly and efficient. So nice to not have to stress about cleaning the house before we have family come visit! Worth every penny. Second time using this company and just as happy the second time!

I had Maid 2000 3 years ago and they did a very good job. I called again this week and i was not disappointed. They're pricey but they do a good job! Keep up the good work!

I’ve been using Maids2000 off and on for five years now, and they never disappoint! I recently called them to clean my rental home, and as always, they were right on schedule. If there’s ever an issue, they’re quick to address it and make it right. I highly recommend them for their reliable and professional service!

Very unhappy for the price. I made the mistake of not coming myself and confirming they did a good job. We paid for the shutters to be cleaned and attached you can see they weren't. Kitchen floor wasn't cleaned at all and in fact I found a shard of broken glass on the floor so they didn't even do a basic sweep. Kitchen countertops weren't cleaned and I had to clean myself. I appreciate that they waived an extra charge because my client was late to open the house but they didn't clean the house. I know nothing can be perfect but not doing the floors, countertops, and blinds is basic. I am giving two stars for waiving the fee but I am shocked how poorly this house is done.

I feel real comfortable with the prices, especially knowing that they bonded and insured and that they do background checks on all their employees. This is very important to me, knowing that I got good honest people in my home.

They did a great job. I had some maggots at the bottom of the trashcan and they cleaned it out and made it good as new.
