Very unprofessional, things did not go according to our phone conversation.
No quality control what so ever. No follow-up from the office. To those looking for an honest review this it. For what this company charges the quality is just not there. I don't usually post reviews, but I felt the need to say something and hopefully help someone avoid making the same mistake I did .

My brother Michael had his house cleaned and I had my house cleaned today by maid 2000 they had my house spot less. I would differently use them again. I would recommend this company to anyone. Very good nothing over looked.

What can I say about Maids 2000???
Well first of all star she's off the chain she is very polite very knowledgeable and understandable of your needs. The prices are reasonable the cleaning ladies are excellent they do a very thorough job I recommended very much

I was in a rush to get my move-in cleaning done as another company stood me up Maids2000 came to my rescue. They did an amazing job on time professional and fair price for what they did. Star was very helpful l. Thank you everyone!!

The staff is professional as for a lockbox maid would have her key in their pocket. I've had them for a few years and then experience problems constantly and just overlooked them. When they first started out they did a good job as the years went on it was like they just came warped the flaws and would leave. I had some incidents with them that the company would not cover with their insurance. I don't know what's wrong with the company the service going down over the years is it their employees?, Was like there maid just didn't care anymore. They would take everything of the counters and leave all my items in the sink. The next week they word forget to put new bags in the basket or leave there cleaning sprays and go. The last two years every time they came I would have to clean up after them.

I even tried speaking with management but that didn't help at all. I come home and the floor looked clean but if I took a clean towel to the floor it be black. After one of the maids put a small dent in my new fridge I call and was told it was not them. I told them I live along and at work the only person in the house was the maid. I was so trained by them every week I would just clean up there mess. Bottom line if anything goes wrong when you call the owner dose not want to here it.

I was beyond satisfied with this company's job. They cleaned my house with such attention to detail using only pet and environment friendly products. They worked around my busy schedule, and I could not have been happier with my experince.

I called these folks on a Saturday to set up a move-out cleaning the next very day. They were among several calls I made to companies around the area, but were the only ones who sounded on top of their game.

I was given a window of 2-3PM for their arrival and expected them to show up at 2:59 like the cable man does. Well I was wrong! Star phoned me at 2:00PM on the dot to let me know they were outside. I showed them what needed to be done (while apologizing sheepishly for the mess) and left to run some errands.

Three hours later, my apartment was cleaner than it'd been since I moved in 5 years ago. I am beyond, beyond pleased and wowed. Five freaking stars for that pair!! I was literally turning around in a circle, gaping at everything. I would call this company again in a heartbeat. They won't be let down!!!
