I wasn’t expecting such a dramatic difference. The carpets smell fresh, and every single stain is gone. Totally worth it!

A few stains came back after the initial treatment, but he was on top of it and immediately scheduled a return visit to take care of it. Carpet looks great!!!!

The cancelledy service call the evening before coming out. At 9pm with no reason for doing so. When I contacted them they said they no longer service the area the house was in, which is Redlands and they had confirmed twice that they do. I had a party the next day and they ruined it for me.

Used them for a rental property. The tenants left it in rough shape but it looked great after the cleaning.

Beware ! The reviews are true . They schedule an appointment and then on the day before they cancel one you. They also don’t like giving prices out when you call they tell you to ask the Tech when they call the morning of your appointment

Made an appointment for my house that I have tenants moving in to about 4 days out, get a call day before that im out of the service area. Would’ve been nice to know that the first time I called, now I gotta find someone a day before I need them.

I had an appointment and this company completely ghosted me. Didn’t think to call me or anything. When I called to follow up after waiting the full 2 hours, the front desk said they’re looking for techs in my area but never called me back. I waited a few minutes and called back and she completely screened my call. Terrible customer service.

I made an appointment with Angel Carpet Cleaning several days in advanced and moved all my furniture to prepare. They called 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrive to cancel. I re-scheduled for 1 week later and again, moved all my furniture. They called 45 minutes after they were supposed to arrive and cancelled. I cannot recommend this company and will not be making any appointments with them again.

The whole experience went well- easy booking, arrived on time, no mess to clean up. My carpets look great! They spent extra time on a couple of spotted areas and used a fragrance-free product at my request. I highly recommend this company.

I wanted a child-safe carpet cleaning option since I have little ones at home. I’m happy to say this service was perfect. The carpets were cleaned thoroughly without any strong chemical smells. It gave me peace of mind knowing my children could play safely.

I scheduled a cleaning last week for today at 8am. They confirmed they cover my area in Riverside. No one called me past 8am so I called the company. They said they would follow up. Immediately after I get a text that my service is canceled, there's no reason listed. So I call back, there was a very rude guy that answered and said you got a text that we don't go to your service area. I was very confused trying to get more answers since they confirmed last week they do go to my area. The guy was being very short with me and kept saying you got the text, I said I wanted to talk to to the owner, he said fine and then he hung up on me. I had to call multiple times for them to answer my call again just to repeat the same thing, I said I want to talk to the owner and they said no this time. Then hung up and blocked me so I can't call anymore. Rudest service I have ever experienced. I never leave reviews but I had to share my experience.

DO NOT USE! We had Angel's come out to look at our business space and give a quote based on size and condition of carpet. They told us they do a two step cleaning process which we were willing to pay extra for. Quoted us $750 and told us a business check was fine. Made an appt for 8-10am on a Sunday as it is the only day we are closed. We called Friday before to confirm. Told all was good. Moved all furniture ourselves off carpet the night before. Called them at 9am Sunday morning just to check status. Took until 9:30 for them to tell us oops... we will get there sometime between 12-2 (a 4 hour difference from original appt time). Also told us they would take cash only. Then they called back and tried to reschedule us to Monday. Sorry, we open at 10am Monday morning, we need it done today. They finally showed up at 2:30 and the technician wanted to raise the price to $1500! We again called the office who confirmed we had a quote for $750 and were told that was correct. He then started cleaning. It was NOT a two step process. Just a basic portable carpet cleaner. Not even a truck mounted system. When finished, the carpet was soaked (as they did not use a separate extractor), he left a disastrous mess in the bathroom & there are still stains in the carpet. When given the $750 in cash, he was yelling, threatening, and refusing to leave unless we paid $1500 even though the office had confirmed the $750. We had to tell him we would call the police if he did not leave our property. He finally left after more yelling and arguing. This was the worst experience with a company we have ever had!

Update: they called back the next day again insisting on the additional $750 claiming he was not done with the job.
