I recently hired Watkins Carpet Cleaning to steam-clean my carpeting and couch. They did a fabulous job! They kept in contact by sending texts confirming the arrangements and telling me when they were on their way. When the job was done, there was a whole bucket of cleaning solution left so I was jokingly asked if there was anything else I wanted cleaned. The dog? The car? Yes! The car! Watkins Carpet Cleaning is my go to carpet cleaner. I’ve been using them for at least eight years now. I’m definitely ready for a new carpet, but every year at least twice a year they come faithfully to clean my carpet. They’re super responsive, they have a very easy scheduling system, they answer the phone on time, they arrive on time, They clean up their mess as they go, they leave the area better than they found it I could go on and on! Not only that, but they’re super nice people. These owners are friendly, caring, and conscientious, business owners. Even when I get my new carpet, I cannot wait to use this service on newer carpet!
