Can't talk these guys up enough. I was so impressed with the way they conducted their business and the results! We just bought a home that had several grayish areas in the carpet, and it turns out it was tons of soap from past carpet cleanings. But their steam extraction got it all out and it's all the same color! It's quite a bit softer now, too. I'll keep them in mind because they also do spot treatment and furniture/upholstery cleaning.

I've used Matthew Jensen with ProHomeCare for carpet cleaning several times. He is always professional and does fantastic work. I think what separates Matthew from his competition is his knowledge of carpets, PH levels, different soaps/cleaners, carpet materials, what you should/should not use on different floors like carpet, stone, wood, etc etc. Easy, easy 5 stars!!!

Pro Home Care did an excellent cleaning of my carpets. My calls were promptly returned and they were able to schedule cleaning even in the tight time line I had. I had two areas on my carpet that needed to be repaired. The work was flawless as they patched it perfectly to blend in with the rest of my carpet.
The staff that cleaned my carpets was efficient and professional leaving my carpets looking new.

Due to a scheduling mix up they were running late. I received a call from Mathew (the owner) apologizing for the inconvenience. He assured me they would go above and beyond to rectify the mix up.
When they arrived they got right to work. OUR CARPETS WERE VERY DIRTY. When they were finished the transformation was astounding. The carpets looked amazing. They also made sure that all the furniture was up on foam blocks to give the carpets time to adequately dry. The care and professionalism they displayed was superior to a prior company I had used and my carpets were much cleaner. I would highly recommend Pro Home Care and will be using them again.

Our carpets are ten years old. They looked super ragged and stained. I was thinking we would need to purchase new carpet. Living in the mountains, we get a lot of rain and snow that makes the inside stairs get a lot of traffic. The carpets cleaned up great! I highly recommend Soap Free Carpet Cleaning. Matthew and his crew were awesome. They were on time and did a very thorough job on the house we just purchased. I told Matthew I wanted the place cleaned and then one day I'd want to lay down new carpet. After cleaning the carpet he told me not to waste my money, and that the carpet was still in great condition. When they had finished cleaning it I could see he was right. The carpet was a completely different color. I am thankful to these men to making me feel comfortable in my new home.
