It went from “good to horrible” service

When I first contacted Richard he promptly showed and and installed gutters. They initially looked great. We have since had so much rain that some adjusting to the gutters as well as and additional downspouts are definitely needed to be installed.

I contacted Richard and messaged and called several times. After many attempts he actually responded and said he would show up last weekend. He did not show up nor did he call or even respond to my additional texts.

This guy will come do work initially and then completely ghost you after. If you have an issue, he will not address it, nor will he even respond. I would suggest you go with another company who backs their work.

I had a very good experience with this window cleaning company. They were easy to schedule with, provided great service, and the windows came out looking very clean and clear. They also did an excellent job removing paint overspray and hard water stains. I am very happy with the results.

I have been a customer for more than 6 years with Scott. His team does such an amazing job cleaning our solar panels and all our windows. My windows last more than 6 months before I need the next service. I would definitely recommend them I give Scott and his team 5 stars.
