I'm very late in leaving this review. I am cleaning out my parents' home and garage/work shop. This is the second time that I've called on Junk Dawgs to help, they never disappoint. Dylan and Eddie showed up on time and tackled two big messes and a few random things at the house. I underestimated the amount of junk! After filling up one truck, I asked them if they could come back the following day. They said "no problem" I called the office and got booked the following morning. A few hours later I received a call stating that they finished a job early and wanted to come by and finish the job. I was elated! They came and finished taking everything. They swept up all the dirt, leaves leaving both areas sparkling clean. Don't wait until Spring to clean and purge! This has been especially hard, loosing parents and then have to deal with this type of job. These guys make it so easy, you just point and they take care of it. Thanks guys!

First time using Junkdawgs and I will say I'm very happy with their service. Jose and Josh were great and went above and beyond with their service, can't thank them enough for the efficient job they did. Will definitely be using Junkdawgs in the future after this. 10/10!

Junk Dawgs came out to take my piano because I didnt think the local landfill would take my piano. They told me that the landfill would (I have my own truck. They didnt need to do that. They couldve just took my money). I thought that was very honest of them. They even helped load it into my truck.
I've met their people at our Chamber of Commerce meeting. These people are truly kind people and wont steer you wrong. If you need junk hauled, I would definitely call them. This is one of those companies you can still trust.

Everyone at Junk Dawgs is amazing! The guys are super respectful and they do a great job of getting your needs met! Thank you to Junk Dawgs! Thank you to Anthony for all his help. I had such a disaster!!! A 10×30 storage unit full of my family's things. It was full of heavy furniture and old heavy boxes that were falling apart from years of sitting in a storage not to mention the unit had multiple leaks. When I opened the doors all I saw was a nightmare. Anthony assured me it wasn't and it would be ok. Lol he was so right. He did all the heavy work and was a great support while I had to look through boxes of family's things

Prompt response to my inquiry with very quick scheduling for servicing. Fair prices, friendly technician who provided education and recommendations but was not excessively pushy. He was very thorough with the services I ended up requesting. Would use this company again in the future.

If you've never had your dryer vent cleaned or didn't even know that they need to be cleaned, you need to reach out Silouan and Pam! A clogged dryer vent is a fire hazard and a source of airborne contaminants in your home that can be easily remedied with proper maintenance.

New home, and new washer & dryer. I knew the dryer, like all dryers, pose a risk for fire. I saw the social media ad, and decided to hear what the Dryer Vent Wizard was all about.
They were approachable and answered all my questions. They let me know what to expect at the appointment, estimated time of labor/maintenance, estimated cost (which I thought was reasonable) and all what they offer and can do for me.
During the service visit, the technician showed up ontime for the scheduled appointment, and was professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and the one question he didn't know the answer to, he contacted the supervisor and was able to get me the answer. I also saw the quality of work, and the quality of the dryer vent wizard was a definite upgrade from what the appliance came with.
Thank you Dryer Vent Wizard! Hoping there is never a fire, but feeling assured that if there were, the dryer Vent wizard would help to mitigate any risks.

Here's my story.My dryer had basically stopped drying clothes- they were very damp after almost 2 hours of drying. I had a dryer repairman come out & replace the sensor, and clean out the tube from the dryer to the wall, not realizing there was another vent on the roof. He didn"t ask about the secondary vent, so beware of cheap repairmen because they are not as knowledgeable as Vent Wizard.
After sketchy repairmen leaves, I do a load of laundry and dryer is STILL not working. Because I had spent so much on the previous repair, I decided to just purchase a new dryer.
New dryer arrives, same problem. Clothes not drying. One my good friends' husband tells me to check output on outside vent. I then looked up duct cleaning services found Vent Wizard. The appointment process was done professionally, with all steps explained. Silouan, the owner, came out and explained what he would do, after patiently listening to me, and he identified the problem. The vent on my roof was seriously clogged (see pic). I was shocked. My house should have burned down. Silouan unclogged it and made timely recommendations to ensure it doesn't happen again.
I am very pleased with Vent Wizard of Redlands and highly recommend them!

When I recently had a poor experience with another company, Dryer Vent Wizard was there to save the day! They were compassionate to my situation and were able to send a tech out for me the same day. Gabriel came out to service my dryer vent and was extremely professional, pleasant, patient, careful, attentive, and thorough. He ran several tests of the system to actually inspect prior to beginning any cleaning. After explaining all of the data to me, he began the cleaning and had all of the necessary equipment to complete the service. He was extremely careful to move the dryer out of the way safely as well as taking caution to not hit any walls or anything with his brushes and rods. The air lift dolly he used to move the dryer was very cool! He made sure to clean up any lint and debris both inside and outside. Even after he was done with the cleaning he ran tests again to ensure that the service was successful. For pretty much the same price as the initial company, he took the time to do the job correctly, spending nearly an hour and a half to do what the other company’s tech was going to do in 15-20 minutes (but that experience is for a different review!). Oh! Gabriel also made sure everything was up to code before finishing the service. I am pleased to say that one week later my 15 year old dryer that had never had the vent cleaned is now back to running at peak performance as if it were brand new! I highly recommend Dryer Vent Wizard, go with them first and save yourself the headache of cleaning up someone else’s mess and the other guy potentially damaging your property :)
