First time using Dryer Vent Wizard and they were fantastic! Thoroughly checked the vents and dryer explained everything that was being completed. I am highly recommending this company- I will be doing yearly maintenance moving forward with this company !

I am so happy to have found Dryer Vent Wizard !!The service I received was outstanding and I highly recommend calling them if you need your dryer vent cleaned out they do an inspection and in my case, I really needed to have it done to prevent a house fire down the line. It’s so worth it. I would recommend them 100 times over they did a phenomenal job.

Customer service is hands down the best. They take the time to explain which is rare these days. I knew what I was paying well before we agreed on the invoice. They break it down and incentivize so you get the highest value for your dollars. Will continue to do business with them into the future.

Silouan did a good job explaining what he was doing. He had equipment to run some diagnostic on my dryer and helped me understand what those values mean. The pricing is reasonable, they do offer a plan after the initial service to help discount future services. All in all he seems professional and honest!

Moved into a new house that came with a washer/dryer unit. Since I had no historical maintenance records, I thought it would be a good idea to have the dryer vent inspected. I found Dryer Vent Wizard of Redlands on Google (who keeps contacts for dryer vent cleaning companies handy?) I'm sure glad I found these guys. They accommodated my schedule and showed up right on time. After the inspection, the technician explained exactly what needed to be done and gave me a fair quote for the work. Though, at first, it may seem a bit pricy for the work they did, the peace of mind that comes with knowing my house won't burn down (at least not due to a clogged dryer vent), is definitely worth it. I recommend Dryer Vent Wizard of Redlands most highly!

Silouan was really easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable and cleaned out well over 15 feet and 5 angle turns of vent lines. I was surprised on how dirty they were. My dryer is operating like new. I highly recommend Silouan and Dryer Vent Wizard of Redlands.

Silouan and co were friendly, professional, and efficient with fair pricing. It was cool seeing how much the readings on our dryer performance improved after the cleaning, and they made some safety and performance recommendations while not at all pushing sales. Highly recommended. Silouan and Dean did a great job -- my dryer vent was clogged again and I *Just* had it cleaned a year ago. Look how much yucky stuff they got out! After only a year.

Don't wait till your dryer stops heating (that's what we did). Get it cleaned regularly.

Silouan provided amazing quality work! My husband and I spent a lot of money and time on several technicians who promised to fix our brand new washer/dryer combo but did the bare minimum. Silouan from Dryer Vent Wizard was different; he was thorough, knowledgeable, and helped us figure out the real issue: a baby bird’s nest stuck in our vent. He explained everything clearly, made sure the job was done right, and gave us peace of mind. We wish we would have called Dryer Vent Wizard first, it would have saved us so much time and money!
