So I been dealing with this leak for 3 months now no one has been able to identify, but I now finally have answers. Thank you Silouan for inspecting and being so honest with us. If you have any issues with your vent call Dryer Vent Wizard, and do clean your vents. Thank you so so much!!!!

The technician for Banning was wonderful (I'm sorry I forgot his name) - fast and thorough and so pleasant! He didn't even charge me for the service call since there was nothing to clean out or fix (a relief!)! I look forward to referring Dryer Vent Wizard to others.

Very professional! Can't say enough that being on time, upfront with expectations and cost is so important.Silouan is the owner and can not say enough good things as finding good contractors to do all that is hard to find.Communication was on point. Replaced my entire vent line that collapsed and had it done in no time.

I left a review on yelp as well. Great service. Knowledgeable service tech / owner . The cost was competitive and a bit high but fair cost . I was not gonna negotiate like buying a car but I probably could have gotten a little better deal . But fair cost . Clean service . I love the explanation as the tech worked . I will continue to do business with this company. I added in my phone for a follow up service in a year . Before and after pics . I asked for a new vent exhaust installation. I had the primal one in place that wasn’t opening correctly since 1992. If you want your dryer to work and perform correctly keep the vent clean and open . I made the mistake of putting it off and I won’t do that again !

I was having the biggest issue with my dryer, due to an issue with a blocked vent. I found Dryer Wizard via an ad on Instagram, which ended up being really helpful! I called and was immediately able to connect with Silouan who scheduled me for an inspection and vent cleaning the next day. The work was super quick, honest, and he kept me in the loop the entire process which put my mind at ease for the issues at hand. 10/10 recommend!

I had a great experience with this company! They got back to me very quickly and were able to come out to service my dryer vents within a few hours. Once Silouan arrived, he quickly took a look at the vents and realized that the issue I was having was most likely the dryer motor. Rather than charging me for a needless service, he was super honest which I appreciated so much. Will definitely keep them in mind for any future services I need!

We noticed our dryer wasn't operating at peak level. Our first call was to j&m appliance service. They recommended that we call
Dryer vent wizard. A quick chat with Pam at the local office and she was able to get Silouan out here right away. Great service, very friendly. And he showed me a trash bag nearly full of lint and dog hair! I would definitely recommend this service.

I used Dryer Vent Wizard to clean out my dryer vents and I’m was impressed with the entire service from start to finish. Silouan was professional. He arrived on time, wore foot covers in my home, and he did not leave a single mess behind. He explained the process clearly, showed me what he was doing, and broke down the pricing.

He was in and out fairly quickly, but still very thorough, and I can already tell the difference with my dryer not taking as long.

The pricing was very reasonable and they also offer additional discounts and perks if you sign up for their yearly membership which saves you money!

Very happy with our experience with Dryer Vent Wizard and Silouan, its owner. Silouan was an excellent communicator throughout; when we had to move around our appointment, he worked with me via phone and text and was professional throughout, even though I had to move the appointment on several occasions. When we were able to meet, he spent time to walk me through what his particular company offered. He's a good salesperson: he talked up the benefits of going with Dryer Vent Wizard without being pushy. The actual installation went smoothly and when changes were needed, Silouan explained to me his recommendations and his reasoning.

I will add: this service was expensive: for a new dryer vent run and new outdoor exhaust, we paid a little over $600. I could have done this far more cheaply if I had done it myself. That said, I felt good about the price as the installed materials look high quality and Silouan was able to run the dryer vent much more effectively than I could have. So, not cheap, but I felt like I got the service that I paid for.

Got a quote and we accepted and got the job scheduled. The day came and we heard nothing from guttermade. I text him twice that same day and no response. A tip on being professional is always communicate with your customers. Otherwise you just look like a flake.

Contacted Richard about gutter installation and price. Was very quick on the quote return and installation was on time and professional! Would recommend to anyone looking for gutter installation!

Richard provided us with a professional estimate in a timely manner. After we accepted, we were able to make an appointment which he kept on time. His work was of very high quality and with good materials. We were impressed with his skill and good work ethic. I would recommend his work highly.

Hired Richard/Gutter Made for a complete gutter replacement on home. I was impressed at his work ethic and quick response...... enough to where i referred him on FB and to neighbors with pleasure.... AND THEN IT RAINED. The new gutters failed in 2 places. Creating water damage. Four months later with countless calls, emails and texts, all communication went unanswered. Nothing! Not one call back. So very perplexed at his unwillingness to communicate nor fix. Now i find myself trying to find a company that will repair his work. This has gone from an good experience to the worst. DO NOT USE. If there is a problem, he will ghost you. To make matters worse, he "is" returning calls from other potential sales, I had two friends call in which he replied within 24 hours. It has been 4 months.

Called and got a reasonable quote for a gutter repair job. He suggested a day that would not work in my schedule but instead of rescheduling he completely ghosted me after I followed up via call and text. Ended up going with someone else. Not sure if the experience would have gotten better, but for anyone looking to hire Richard have a back up and don't expect good customer service.
