Mark Brady's team installed artificial grass, rock landscape, pond and so much more. My yard looks fantastic! Thought I would never get artificial grass. Wished I would have done it long ago. looks realistic and saves on my water bill. Plus the dogs love it!

Mark Brady is a landscape genie! We met with him to talk about what we would like to have done, not thinking it was all possible or would be affordable. His team fully transformed our yard! We went from a zeroscape backyard to a perfect place for our boys to play. They added underground drainage, moved boulders, added a concrete border, removed trees and added trees and bushes, in 2 week! The guys showed up everyday, and worked so efficiently! We were so happy we decided to have them also work on our front yard. They built a beautiful raised garden and picked the perfect stone to match our home. We also added a walkway to get to our new backyard and fence/gate. We couldn’t be happier with the Brady Landscape team! Highly recommend, ask and he will make it happen!

Our family recently decided to re-landscape our front yard to replace the existing grass and plants with something more water-wise and lower maintenance.  We consulted several landscape designers, but were underwhelmed with their lack of creativity and expertise.  We ultimately met Mark from Mark Brady Landcaping through Thumbtack and he was the clear choice for this project.

Mark designed two gorgeous dry creekbeds in our front yard,  flanked on each side with decomposed granite and a diverse collection of water-wise plants compatible with our local climate.  The new landscape is simply a work of art and so much more than we even hoped for!  We found working with Mark and his design assistant, Jessica, to be especially rewarding because of their willingness to collaborate with us to achieve our final vision.

Brady Landscaping completed an extensive job for us this summer, and they did an excellent job. Our project involved regrading our entire yard, installing large siloam steps up a hillside, creating retaining walls with large boulders, enlarging our flagstone patio, extensive planting and reseeding. During all these different phases of the project, the crew was efficient, courteous, and pleasant to have in our surroundings. They were receptive to my requests to make changes as the work continued. Owner Mark Brady frequently checked on the job, he always honored his word, and we really loved working with him. Mark and his team did an incredible job with our front and back yard landscaping, including a new driveway and retaining walls. After over a year of nightmares with contractors while renovating our house, we were hesitant to hire another contractor to do our huge landscaping project (regrading the property, concrete, hardscape, landscape, irrigation, etc.). But we’re so happy that we did, because working with Mark Brady and his project manager Alberto was the best experience we’ve ever had with a contractor. Mark and Alberto were both knowledgeable, personable, communicative, and punctual. Alberto and his crew work incredibly hard and won’t stop until the project is completed to your liking. Mark was totally reasonable and transparent with pricing. We told him up front our budget limitations, and he worked with us every step of the way to get the most out of our project while staying within our budget. He truly has a passion for his work and for making his clients happy. There were several significant parts of our project that Mark added without charging us, because he knew our budget but also knew that the feature would make the house so much nicer. And as for the final product, we couldn’t be happier. The work is exceptional. All our neighbors have remarked how excellent our house looks after Mark and his team’s work. I have already recommended Brady Landscaping to several of our neighbors, and I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend him to everyone I know.

Unfortunately Mark's installation and business practices do not hold up. It appears he is operating as a construction company without a valid business or contractor's license in both Colorado and California. He collects payments to his personal Zelle so you can't get your money back. We are out $$$$ on a shoddy installation. Buyer beware!

I could not be happier with this company. Mark came out to look right away and he was so upfront and honest about price and listened to what I wanted without flooding me with pricey ideas to try to get more money out of me- I have been doing a lot of different projects and getting quotes from a lot of contractors for several things and I am getting so tired of that happening. This dude literally did exactly what I wanted, for a more than fair price (when it was all done I actually felt like I underpaid, for once). Cleared out and leveled my yard to make my xeriscaping easier for me, and cleared out and put custom planting boxes in the front. Pictures make it look not done but that is because that is what I wanted. Just top notch business. I 100% wouldn't go elsewhere.

Brady Landscaping was the most professional and capable landscaping company we have ever worked with! From our initial meeting with Mark, through amazing flower design with Becky, and interactions with Alberto and his crew...all went very smoothly. Highly recommend!

Brady Landscaping did a great job transforming our sad front yard. We worked with the team to xeriscape our front yard. They were very responsive and we were able to work closely with the team every step of the way. We are very pleased with the results. Mark and his team are wonderful! We had them landscape our backyard. Not only did they give us an amazing quote they also did a beautiful job. Very fast and efficient. Even worked in the rain. Also very responsive. We would definitely call them again for further projects.

My Girlfriend hired Mark to build a retaining wall. If you hire him expect to supervise the entire project as his crew has no idea how to build a block wall. For God's sake don't pay him before the job is complete. They did not even finish the job.

10/29/25 Update; Mark Brady's subcontractor, Ceasar Lopez, took it upon himself at his own expense to come and finish the project yesterday.

Very please with Mark and his team’s work. We started with a blank slate and he worked to build a space that brought our vision to life. He was always accessible, on site regularly, and managed the project with ease so it was one less headache of ours to manage as we moved into a new place. The concrete work, irrigation installation, sod, landscaping and custom patio are all beautiful and we’re looking forward to enjoying and growing into our backyard oasis.

Brady and his team did amazing job they were flexible with our schedule and were very detailed about everything they will be doing beforehand. They finished the project in just 5 days which was very unexpected. Great work ethic and great work.

Mark Brady and team did a phenomenal job with my backyard. Mark was willing to work with me to get the items I wanted while still being within budget. He was the best priced and the most responsive out of the 5 companies I contacted. The weather during the spring was very rainy and delayed the project, but Mark was very communicative the entire time and everything turned out beautifully. I even had my HVAC guy who has seen my yard before and after the transformation remark on the quality of the job and ask for Mark's number. Some before and after photos below.

Great experience. Mark and team did our home's landscaping. It was a consortium of owners that were rarely at the house. We had to hand him some loosely prepared plans -- and trust to him to act like an owner. He was great throughout. Made good decisions, followed up with us when not sure, and got it done. It's really hard to find good contractors in the mountains, and Mark was the exception.

Complexities included a non-smoke firepit, a fountain, and a various other adjustments along the way as he saw things that we had not.
