After trying many times to reach the original installers, who said they had 24/7 service but never called back, I started searching for someone else in Redlands. Out of three companies I called, Randy & Sons Plumbers was the only one able to come out the next day. Jacob answered my call, listened patiently to my concerns, and was very understanding about my worries, especially about the cost of an emergency visit. I got a text letting me know when the plumber would arrive, and even though he was running a bit late, he called to keep me updated. Clinton arrived, carefully checked every part of the plumbing, and got everything running smoothly again before he left. Soon after, Jacob followed up to make sure everything was working properly. The customer service here is really impressive and hard to find these days. I’m grateful for their quick help and friendly attitude during a hot Redlands weekend!

Since i have hearing difficulties, Benjamin and i kept in touch by email, and he was always quick to respond and helpful with advice. He even recommended another contractor who did some work for us at a fair price. Most recently, Benjamin came by because we noticed our kitchen faucet was having pressure issues—it would sputter when we turned it on, and water would sometimes spill on the countertop. Benjamin checked under the sink and found that one of the connectors was clogged. After he cleaned it, the faucet worked perfectly, no more sputtering or leaks. He also suggested we buy a water-saving connector from Home Depot to install ourselves, explaining that it would cost more if he did it for us. i really appreciate how honest he is, always looking out for us and helping us save money. I highly recommend this plumbing team for anyone needing repiping work. From beginning to end, they were professional, polite, and kept me well informed. The following day, another crew arrived right on schedule to patch up every hole, making sure my home looked just as it did before. Even though there were a lot of spots to fix, they worked efficiently and cleaned up completely before leaving. The whole repiping process was necessary but much easier than I expected. They were AMAZING! I had a mother company come out and they said I needed new pipes and it was cracked and that’s the only way to unclog it etc. they came out and really assessed it and were able to unclog without spending thousands of dollars. This company is family for family and trust worthy! I will always call them out if I ever need any additional work. Thank you so much! You all made my year!

We had leaking under toilet for which Steven replaced wax ring. We had a second problem which came up at another toilet for which he did not have the part. Steven went to get the part and returned to fix it. He explained in great detail a third issue we had that had to do with the P trap. Overall very satisfied with efficiency, professionalism and pleasant attitude.
