Steven is amazing when it comes to fast and reliable plumbers. He explains things in a very easy to digest manner and even gave us advice on how to prevent further matters. They went to "fix" a water issues but they didn't even bothered to check anything. They told me the water leaking was because of my AC when clearly wasn't... Next day a different plumbers arrived and found and fixed the problem. It was a broken pipe.

Raul is a master plumber, top of the line. He has done several jobs for me, including the replacement of a 100 gal, commercial water heater, mixer valves, and created a clean out section of pipe for drainage through a stucco exterior wall. I would recommend him for all of your plumbing needs, he is a true professional and on top of that, just an all-around nice guy with integrity and fair pricing. He will not be content until the job is completed and done right, he is never in a hurry to rush to the next job, he treats each job like it is his own home.

Steven and his father came to my house to fix a clogged kitchen sink. They worked together as a team and were both friendly and informative. Steven did a great job and cleaned up after without leaving a mess. They snaked my pipe and cleaned it out leaving it working great! Thank you

We had a leak in a pipe inside the wall of our house. Steve from Exact Plumbing came out and did the repair. He showed up on time, quickly located the leak in a pipe inside the wall, opened a neat hole and promptly replaced the section of damaged pipe. He also cleaned up the area so stucco repair could follow. This is the second time we’ve used this company for plumbing issues and are very pleased with their work. We highly recommend them.

I had a main line break they came right away, the fixed it immediately. They text me telling me they are in route , text me when they arrived. Very affordable, So polite, communication was fantastic explained everything to me. They are very clean did not make mess. I have never seen such professional people like Exact plumbing!!! Superb service. Steven kept communication from the time enroute to the time he arrived to our location.He was very professional, polite, and eager to get to work. He was able to troubleshoot our leak within minutes. Being that this is a rental, I asked that he only deal with me via text. He sent me photos, then called me with what the repair entailed, gave me a quote and amount of time the job would take to complete. He met everything with flying colors. Also sent photos of the completion and left the place clean and tidy. He accepts Zelle and sends invoices via email. I have been using this company for 10+ years and I have never been disappointed. Called on Exact Rooter for a backed up kitchen sick and I have to say I was surprised at how quickly they got out to the service call! Their techs were clean, professional and made quick work of clearing out the clog that was causing my concerns!

We had a pipe leak outside at our regulator and sprinkler system. They came out next day and installed a new system. Really great workmanship. They came back the next day checked out the system and everything was a go! Water back on and no leaks! Thank you so much!
