I could not be more pleased with the deck, pergola and cook island Jonny Regnery of Kingdom Outdoor Living built for me in my backyard. I now wish I would have done it years ago. Being inexperienced with this type of project I was very apprehensive regarding how it would turn out. Jonny was truly a pleasure to work with. He is an excellent General Contractor that has a team of craftsmen working for him to complete the construction. Jonny’s top priorities are to deliver 100% customer satisfaction and high quality work. Jonny demonstrated he is willing to make tough decisions that will impact his bottom line to complete a project he will be proud of. He performed the design, ordering, scheduling, coordinating, etc. for this project. He provided me a detailed proposal for the project and he stuck to it without trying to “nickel and dime” me for incidental expenses. He works with a great team that are very capable, polite, and responsive to any/all requests. He also goes above and beyond to keep the work area clean. Jonny has a good sense of humor and a calm demeanor and exudes confidence that he can overcome any challenge that may arise. He will make suggestions regarding the design, but was very agreeable to follow my direction. He also was willing to procure and deliver the appliances for the cook island. I can say he is very responsive and professional and delivers high quality work. I would also say he provides good value and is cost competitive, but his quality does come at a price. Like they say, you get what you pay for. If you are considering a construction project I encourage you to contact Kingdom Outdoor Living. I am surely glad I did. I had been trying, unsuccessfully, to take down my above-ground pool. I'd begun to think I'd have to take it as a loss and sought to have someone come out & cut it up to throw away. After a recommendation, I reached out & received services from Handy Geeks. Blake was beyond professional, friendly, resourceful and capable. Not only did he show up a little early but worked quickly and efficiently to take down & salvage the pool. His professional energy and skills were amazing & I am beyond grateful!
