James and the entire crew provided skilled and efficient service from the beginning--planning, design, scheduling, demo, tile and Pebblesheen installation, and start up. We found Aquatech Swimming Pools, Inc. to be an outstanding company for our pool remodel and recommend them most highly. We knew they were the right team when they first arrived for an estimate, during which they were very professional and could immediately outline a thorough plan obviously borne of great experience. As the project progressed, they kept us informed about the planned work and the reasoning behind it at every step. When some of the old plaster proved challenging to remove, we were impressed how they returned multiple times with numerous team members, never giving up until the work was complete. Then, they replaced the tiles so beautifully, including with small precisely cut pieces of tile to match odd corners, that it can be described as a work of art! They also found and sealed leaks, rerouted a faulty pipe, followed closely as the pool was refilled to ensure even exposure of the new plaster to water, and returned immediately when a pump unexpectedly jammed through no fault of their own. During the entire process, they took great care to contain any noise and debris. Now our pool is incredible and like new, lined with smooth fresh plaster that is vastly better than before! The Aquatech team members are masters at their craft and are clearly committed to having an exceptional result. We recommend them in the highest terms.

Rodi Construction did a compete remodel on my elderly mom's bathroom. Living 3000 miles from my mom makes it impossible to be there to help her on a day to day basis. Rodi Construction came highly recommended but being so far away left me a little nervous. I can't even find the words to tell you how they did everything as promised and more! There were no bad surprises, the project was completed in a timely manner and very important suggestions were made for the safety of my mom! We asked, they delivered AND MORE! My mom is thrilled and the bathroom is gorgeous! I have nothing negative to say! PERFECT!

Once I was ready to get the project started, the crew was able to come out a few days later. They knocked it out quickly and with great quality.

I had some in-ceiling speakers installed which was pretty involved since speaker wire had to be pulled through a number of obstacles in the ceiling and wall. They got it all patched up and looking like they were never there.

They also hid other speaker and TV cables with high precision. I was notably impressed by how they did my Left/Right wall-mounted speaker cables. They took the time to precisely locate the holes they needed to cut so it would (1) be totally hidden and (2) exactly line up with the speaker terminal, which is a small target. It may sound trivial, but it actually would have been rather involved to get that right.

In addition to the A/V work, we had them add some recess lights which look fantastic. The foreman was able to help us decide where to locate the lights and we super happy happy with where they are now.

With all this work, it was still cheaper than going directly with the A/V installers I quoted initially for just the speaker and speaker wire install.

I would 100% hire Rodi Construction again. They were friendly, clean, and efficient.

Mario and team just completed our kitchen & home remodel project and we're very pleased with the results. The project was on-time and on budget, and we enjoyed working with everyone involved--professional, polite, experts who delivered the results we wanted; strongly recommend Rodi Construction.

One of the great things about living in the Bay Area is the opportunity to find contractors like Mario and his crew. I found Mario maybe about 5 years ago via Yelp!, and called them for a bathroom project at my place in San Francisco (new paint, replacing fixtures, new medicine cabinet, etc.). They did a great job, the quality of the work was better than I anticipated (in a word, it was beautiful), and Mario and his team were more professional and responsive than I expected.

That was a small project. Last year, Mario completely remodeled the bathroom at our place in Burlingame (ripped out everything down to the studs, replaced sheetrock, replaced electrical, design for everything including shower, subway tiling in the shower). Once again, Mario and his crew did a great job, on time and within budget, he was extremely responsive, and the work is beautiful. We're really happy with the result, and our friends all ask for Mario's name and contact information.

Because of the high quality of his work and his professionalism, we plan on using Mario to remodel other parts of our house. In fact, this year he installed a new oven and hood for our kitchen (we did not previously have a hood, and we're in drastic need).

I think a lot of people are reluctant to hire a contractor because they don't know who they can trust. I trust Mario, I would recommend Rodi Construction to anyone with a construction project, and look forward to using them again.

A project years in the making involving tearing half of it down and building a space we always wanted to live it. Many people were involved and key to all that was Mario and his amazing team. Mario and his team have done extensive renovation of our beautiful 1911 home in San Francisco's Richmond district over the last 3 years, including complete remolding of our kitchen, a large bathroom, and a powderroom, as well as refinishing all hardwood floors and extensive interior painting. Demolition, carpentry, electrical and plumbing were all done to the highest standards. The work always started and finished on time and was performed to our total satisfaction at a very reasonable cost. My wife and I definitely recommend Rodi Construction.

Mario and his team were amazing. We fully remodeled our new house and they did an excellent job. We did new flooring, new kitchen, remodeled several bathrooms, new custom staircase railing, laundry room and designed new cabinetry in several spaces amongst other things) There were no surprises and everything was done timely and excellent quality. His estimate was fair and reasonable.
As a person Mario is very professional, responds promptly to any concern (even months after completing the project) and very responsible. I recommend Rodi construction without hesitation.

I could not recommend Top Line Remodeling enough! We enlisted them to help with an almost full kitchen remodel (everything except the cupboards) of a very outdated kitchen. They were so professional, friendly, responsive, always on time, and an overall pleasure to work with. There was an open line of communication throughout the entire project and they helped us answer any questions we had along the way. We added a few changes to the project as we went (moving the placement of the oven, cutting down some cupboards to fit a taller fridge, splitting outlets, etc.) and they were incredibly accommodating. My kitchen turned out absolutely beautiful! The backsplash was done perfectly (everyone who comes over is very impressed). I now have new counters, backsplash, appliances, outlets, faucet, garbage disposal, and sink. They are very efficient and there were never any hidden fees or surprises. We came across Top Line by somewhat by accident one day when my wife was throwing out inquiries on Angies List. They responded to our inquiry almost immediately and were able to come out and tour our house the next day to draft an estimate.

We selected them and we are 1000% pleased that we did! Their work is absolutely outstanding, and they were on time and on budget. They don’t change the scope of work on you after you sign the contract, if anything we kept adding to it on our end, and they were happy to accommodate us and fit us into their schedule.

We originally signed with them to renovate our Master and Hall bathrooms. We ended up having them do some HVAC work, some fencing/gates, drywall patching and painting, electrical and plumbing. They also helped replace our water heater and worked with us to find a supplier for an insert for our fireplace.

We have them coming back next month to start the renovation on our third bathroom, do some additional electrical and drywall work (for our living room media closet), and to install some new windows that we desperately need.
