Friendly and competent, but without integrity in the charge for services. I was given an initial visit cost of $60. This was to be applied to the full bill of further work was to be done. No further work was done, yet they required $120 at the door on leaving. Nice young men. I asked, "Why is it doubled?" They answered, "That's only if we don't do anything." But... they didn't do anything. The "problem" was resolved by simply changing the light bulb, which was to be included in the $60. It wasn't. Not pleased, I gave the initial caller at the Electricians Team Reseda an opportunity to clarify. Last heard from them June 25 1:42 pm SMS message that they would get back. 48 hours later nothing. Not an update nor an explanation.
