The customer service we received with Infinity Electrical should be the standard by how others are judged. We called a few places and they were difficult. On the other hand, Eric was able to come out the same day and provided exceptional service and support. He took an honest approach which wasn’t always honored these days. I could not be more appreciative of his patient and thoughtful approach. There was no upselling. I can say I would only recommend them to everyone. Should you be able to request Eric I would recommend him. I’m sure they are all good, though.

Noah answered quickly and fit me in right away. Immediately he knew the problem and fixed my lights. I highly recommend , he was very honest and didn’t even charge me , it was a breaker that it was off and quick solve the problem .

I wanted to replace a non- working ceiling fan with a new light fixture, so I did a Google search for a local electrican and found Volta Electric. After researching them & reading reviews I decided to give them a call. Tech Eric arrived as scheduled and said he would first check the receiver inside the fan unit as those can tend to go bad over time. Well, maybe 5 minutes into him opening the unit he discovered what he thought was the issue and he fixed it!!! I'm pleasantly surprised & happy not to have to replace the ceiling fan. I kinda feel like I won the lotto with Eric diagnosing & fixing the problem so easily!! I have no hesitation recommending Volta Electric to service your electrical needs...not to mention how very fair & affordable they are. Request Eric if possible. He was very kind & professional. Now I know who to call if I have electrical issues. Thank you

Amazing service!! Within 3 hours of calling, Eric arrived at my house and 20 minutes after that my issue was resolved. They are very nice and well rated, so they may still be a good choice. when I first contacted them they said Monday for my free quote, however on Sunday they said that they were booked on Monday and asked if Tuesday would be OK, I said sure and took Tuesday off. On Tuesday they called and said that they were short staffed and asked if another day this week would work, unfortunately I am very busy with work and unable to really take weekdays off so I said now how about over the weekend and they said let me check so I said OK and they said how about Sunday and I said sure. Then shortly after hanging up they called up saying that their guy was off on Sunday and asked what about next week. I said no but how about the following weekend and they said that he was fully booked next weekend, and asked if a week day would work and offered a discount for my inconvenience and would do any time on a Monday-Friday. I unfortunately cannot take any time off right now for work days, I was lucky to get today off and yesterday off. I also did mention that I was asking their competitor as well and I was lucky able to get them to come out and give me a quote yesterday and found out that they can do the needed work on the weekend, and they may be my ultimate choice. I never got around to asking Infinity if they can do work on weekend (stuff other than the quote) so they might, but I kind of doubt it. I would give Infinity a 4.5 star rating, because they have a good rating so they are probably good and they are busy which also is a good sign for them, unfortunately they are busy, and keep changing their schedule on me, and that is why they will probably loose my business which is also why they are loosing a half a star in my book and due to precision limitations a whole star on this site. I cannot rate the quality of the work or their price since they did not get to do any for me.

Infinity Electrical did a fantastic job rewiring the attic of my house to full code compliance. Roy kept me informed from start to finish through excellent communication, honesty, professionalism, and his greatest personality. Ricardo and Manual showed up on time and performed the work with the highest degree of electrician- experience, efficiency, and courtesy. They left the work site nice and clean upon completion. The price for this big job was extremely fair. Infinity Electrical has earned a new long-term customer for my electrical needs. Highly recommended!!!
