From start to finish...When I called to ask some questions, the very friendly and patient Rep booked our appointment and followed up daily to confirm both of our availability. Bad weather forced them to reschedule our appointment and was simple and non complicated !
The certified Electrician treated my Wife with courtesy and respect and explained everything to her during the inspection as he had her accompany him from start to finish.
He also sent us a detailed explanation of his findings, as well as photographs of the deficiencies.
Would highly recommend this company for any, and all of your electrical needs !!

It was my first time using Prime Electric. Josh was the Electrician sent for the job. He was professional friendly but most importantly he did a great job! I thought he was going to have to put additional holes in the walls to install new lighting in my living room because I was told by another company that opening up the walls was the only way it could be done. Thankfully Josh figured out a way that he didn't have to. It was a clean job! The cost was also very good! I will definitely being using Prime Electric for future projects!

We highly recommend this company. Ben gave us all the options for our upgrade and thoroughly explained all the steps necessary for the job. His technicians, Josh and Jaime, are very knowledgeable and professional, and kept us informed at all times. The work was finished in a timely manner, and all permits, inspections and paperwork were handled quickly by Theresa and Ben through their office. We will recommend Ben and his company to anyone who needs any type of electrical for their home.

I want to speak in the strongest possible terms. I hired Prime Electric to undertake a major rewiring of an old property. The team worked diligently for three days, at which time final invoices were paid and our contract was completed. Over subsequent months, however, problems became evident. Following an unexpected short-circuit, I reached out to Prime to express concerns. A team was dispatched to confirm that some mistakes had been made. As I later expressed to the owner, Prime Electric is not the first contractor in my hire to have committed errors in the course of a difficult job. However, they are the very first contractor to have owned up candidly and set to work, free-of-charge, to remedy any problems and leave my property in finely polished form. The returning team worked tirelessly from dawn to dusk, and took the extra time to ensure that their work would speak for itself. This is the rarest of companies. They are honest, ethical, and willing to go the distance even when a more dismissive stance would have been more profitable. That is not my opinion; it is simply the factual evidence.

Prime Electric was very professional and completed my lighting and electric project just as I wanted and was needed. The recessed lights are a great addition to the aesthetic of our living room. The electrical connection was done as specified by our HVAC installer. Ben and his team were great to work with and had great communication with my other installers to ensure the project was done correctly. I will definitely use and recommend Prime Electric for future jobs.

Joshua and Rafael from Prime Electric did an amazing job moving our switcher to where we need it and also fixed our bathroom ceiling fan which had been incorrectly wired. Both were very hard working, respectful of our property and genuinely very nice to work with! Would recommend this company, they do do good work. Thank you!

Jose gave us great service when he came and replaced one of our breakers. He explained everything and answered all our questions.

Patrick was great. Came last minute to uninstall our Tesla charger. He was fast, nice and neat. Very professional. Would recommend.

Omar did a great job. He texted me when the office said he would, he worked efficiently, was neat and cleaned up well, and was very nice and easy to deal with. Quickly replaced an old malfunctioning smoke detector! He was going to have the office send me a bid to replace our other smoke detectors and I am looking forward to receiving that.

Control switch on my kitchen exhaust hood had become unoperative. The technician fro Prime Electric arrived in the time slot. But, all he said was they could not do anything for me and charged $69.00 for Prime Electric's inability to do anything. The technician didn't even open the hood to see what was wrong. This is a fabulous racket Prime Electric is running - go to the customer, tell them that they can't fix the problem and charge them $69.00. I would not use Prime Electric ever.

I was very pleased with the service from Prime Electric. I was able to call in the morning for an appointment later that same day to have a Pushmatic circuit breaker changed. There is no main shut off for the box that holds the circuit breakers. Patrick was prompt to the appointment. With a smiling face and happy attitude he was able to change it quickly and be on his way.
I would like to add. I prefer actually calling the business after researching them on the internet
rather than using the different apps out there help you find a contractor. Though the contractors might say they are licensed, and have all of the Bond and Workman's Comp insurance in place, many have licenses that have lapsed. Many with the Contractor's Board
claim they work alone, in order to not have to pay Workman's Comp, then you read their reviews and the reviews say, "I'm so happy with Mr. X's company! Mr. X and his crew did such a super job!" MR. X DOES NOT HAVE WORKER'S COMP FOR HIS WORKERS! An accident on the job or using an unlicensed or licensed lapsed contractor could cost you your home or business and negate whatever insurance that you pay to cover your property. PRIME ELECTRIC WAS CURRENT WITH EVERYTHING! THEY HAD GREAT REVIEWS! THAT'S WHY I WENT WITH THEM! I WILL DEFINATELY CALL THEM FOR FUTURE BUSINESS AND REFER THEM! I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE!

My car charge cannot work . It is because using some wrong wire that is very easy to be hot. Patrick working hard. He explain everything . He is nice. He let me trust him and the company he is working for. He is not only solve the problem, also let me find a good company I can trust.

Today, Patrick went above and beyond to resolve an issue we were having with our recessed lights, his diagnosis was spot-on, and the problem is now fully resolved.
