On 12/11/2024 I had Prime Electric come to my house to inspect a potential wiring problem. During the inspection we found there was no electrical problem but the device connected was the problem, which, by the way, was a very inexpensive fix. I then asked for a quote on installing some additional gfci plugs and wiring for outdoor use and lighting for my basement workshop were I was very pleased with the quote. When the job was scheduled and completed it was excellent! The crew was professional, polite and easy to work with Ben, who is a very nice guy, came out to follow up and gave me insights for some ideas I have for the future. It was an excellent experience!

Prime Electric installed two bathroom fans in a rental house for me. My tenant tells me the fans are operating well. He says the technician who came was pleasant, thorough and cleaned up carefully and explained what he was doing during the house call. My tenant says overall this was very good service. Thank you Prime Electric.

If i could leave a minus 0 I would. The electrician they sent out was rude and Obnoxious he did nothing but try to demand more money to trouble shoot the problem told me the service call fee i was quoted was just for him to come out and say hi. If i wanted him to do anything else it would be $350 Including telling me what the problem is
He walked into my house and up to my bedroom to take pictures of god knows what because he did not do anything. But make me feel extremely uncomfortable coming into my house and walking into my room without my permission and then demanding that I pay him. I have never experienced such disrespect. I would not recommend this company to anyone. when I called the company to let them know what happened. They told me he was their best technician and that he had worked for them the longest like I said never again.

Within in 3 hours of calling to request an electrician to investigate a possible electrical issue, Omar and Jeremy arrived. They were professional, respectful, and very thorough. We were happy with the work they did. We are going to hire Prime Electric again to do some interior lighting upgrades.

Arturo and Omar were nothing short of amazing. They came, assessed, and fixed out the issue I had with my 3 smoke detectors promptly. They were professional, clean, and thorough. Patrick from Prime Electric came to our house to repair a blinking light attached to our ceiling fan, which turned out to be due to a loose socket. He was able to repair it very efficiently and well. He also explained to me what needed to be done and answered all my questions. I also really appreciated how easy Nathalie made it to schedule and how she collected all the information the team needed ahead of time. We’d be happy to work with Prime again.

Amazing work!

I called Prime Electric looking for a sleek wireless installation and solution for my TV that has many peripherals connected to it, Ben came over and took a look suggesting to make the coat closet on the other side of the living room to an instrument room, I went for that solution and the team came over to install it, after a long day of work when they installed a fan with light switch in the closet and created receptacle for the instruments, they then stretched the wires through the attict to create the most sleek looking and efficient wireless installation... amazing work and incredible professionalism! Highly recommended!

Work not started, but the 2 electricians that came out to give me an estimate were very knowledgeable and seemed to want to do the best possible job for me. They will be installing anEV Charger on the outside of my garage. Can’t wait.

I called Prime Electric for my electrical problem. The wiring was old and some of it needed replaced. The guy was knowledgeable and professional and worked with speed. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend Prime Electric to anybody that needs an electrician.
